TERRIBLE! Their customer service is awful! The owner has no business being the owner and they get by with closing whenever they want to because it seems that all of his "employees" are his family. They NEVER answer the phone for you to be able to place a to-go order regardless of how many people are standing right there at the counter when the phone is ringing (I've witnessed it with my own eyes). They supposedly close at 10:00 p.m. every night per their advertised hours on the internet and the hours sign on their door, but that's a joke. Consider yourself veryyyy lucky if you can get in door after 8:00/8:30 p.m any night. The last five...yes, five...times I've called between 8:00 p.m. and 9:15 p.m., to try and place a to-go order, no body ever answered the phone. Not once. I drove up there one of those first four times on a Saturday night and the owner was walking out the door at 9:20 p.m. locking up. I asked him about it and he said they had to clean the vent hoods so they had to close early. Uhhh...ok? Tonight, after calling three times starting at 8:30 p.m. to 8:40 p.m. and no one answering the phone, I drove up there again. The lights were on, but all of the chairs were up on top of the tables. I go to the door and, surprise-surprise, it's locked at 8:48 p.m. with the owner and four employees standing inside. The owner and three employees just stand at the counter looking at me and I point to the sign with the hours on it. The owner "says" something, but of course I couldn't hear him, so I motioned for them to open up the door. The forth employee who was sweeping did, and I asked them what time do they actually REALLY close. The owner said, "we had to clean, so we had to close early". (Now, call me crazy, but shouldn't that be something you're supposed to do every day!?...and the vast majority of businesses would do after they close!?) I responded by saying, "that's what you told me the last time I drove up here after no body would answer the phone". He said, "yeah, we clean on Sunday's". I promptly informed him that my last experience was on a Saturday! He then said, "well I didn't have anybody tonight". Ummm....you can't "have anybody" if your doors are always prematurely locked and your phones are completely pointless during your hours of operation!! I advised him that he needs to change his hours to reflect what time they actually prefer to close every day as this was not very professional at all, and if they were going to close before hours, then the absolute least they could do is answer the phone call they are receiving (seeing as how they're standing right there beside it) and inform who would be "somebody" that they already closed for the night. He just looked at me like I had six heads. After a few more words trying to enlighten him on how to properly run a business and clearly getting no where, he ends up replying back to me with sarcastic and snobish "okay's" and "that's fine's". Never again will I waste a second of my time on this place - which is really unfortunate, because shockingly enough, they actually have really good food (if you can get there before 8:00 p.m., or sometimes even earlier than that,...

I tell you what...I have all the same complaints that all of the people before me have been saying!!!! Since I have lived here I have gone here, at least twice a month on paydays and order 3 chicken Parmesian subs....I always tip at least 2 or more dollars at the store and no less than 5 or more when I get delivery. now i get wrong meal , or they give me the wrong meat....it's certainly not chicken. I had a credit once but not again...I guess the mistakes were overwhelming with all the credits out of their pockets ...This last time the cook said he was sorry but the girl taking the orders never did not even offer a garlic not or anything for making me wait after I had called in my order before my ride home from work..another 20 mins added to my ride home!!! When she took my order I thought it was odd her asking me if I wanted to take anything off my chicken cutlet parmesian ...it only somes with sauce and cheese....well what I received was a chicken sandwich with lettuce tomatoe and melted cheese not at all what was ordered. she blamed the cook but it was her wrong doing!!!! this time and the first time this happened I don't know about the in between because it was delivery and I didn't get to see the person taking the order. So all of that being said ADD ME and my family TO THE LIST of LOST CUSTOMERS PS if I could do this without a star I would!!!!! It...

I recommend you not to eat here the people are horrible at service and won’t refund your money even if you didn’t receive your order or if they made a mistake oh but they sure will give you attitude

Worst service ever we waited a long time for our food when we finally got the food we didn’t receive our order of garlic knots so we waited a other hour we had already finished eating and we still received nothing so I went and ask for them they told me they had forgot and that there was no more garlic knots left to serve us so I ask for a refund since i wasn’t gonna be able to receive my order and they lady gave me attitude( like if it were my fault) and said they couldn’t refund our money for the garlic knots. How can a place forget your order tell you they cant refund your money for something that you paid for but didn’t receive it was a mistake of their part for not telling us they didn’t have anything or forgetting our order. and they did nothing ,but they had the audacity to give you attitude ( the person that attend us was a short lady or little girl with her nasty attitude not professional at all) this place went downhill with the new owners or management that took this place and the new workers some of them are horrible.
