Ice cream is fine, it's just ice cream so it's nothing special or new. The girl at the counter who served us however, was awful! What a sour and unpleasant face. Zero smile. Could barely here her, she handed us the ice cream in a very obviously annoyed way, and her facial expressions came off as rude and judgemental. We walked in happy and friendly since it's a freaking ice cream shop and she clearly doesn't know us so I know it's not personal but still, the terrible customer service instantly killed both of our mood and desire for ice cream. You could tell the guests in front of and behind us were getting an awkward and bad service as well. Perhaps this person was going through a break up or was just constipated but still, stay home or quit. Don't take it out on customers. Especially when you were at a happy place such as an ice cream shop. Ridiculous! We've all had bad days and had to work through it. Welcome to adult life. If you can't push through it and provide customers with a semi decent poker face, stay...

My family absolutely LOVES Whit's, we come fairly often, especially to try out the daily flavor! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because a few of the staff don't seem to want to even be there. Once I had met a family member and my husband there, and we decided to sit on the balcony with our icecream/Custard. We got there a good while before closing, as the sun was still up, 7pm I think. And we lost track of time and accidently stayed past 9, their closing hours. We walked down the steps to find they had locked the gate and didn't even bother to check if anyone was up there! Let alone I was 7 months pregnant at the time... I thank God that my husband and family member were strong men and could help hoist me over the gate. So, all that to say, we prefer to just get our ice...

Tell me why I come in and get ice cream and I see them blending it into a milkshake after I told them specifically I did NOT want a milkshake because I saw them putting it in a drinking cup and I wanted two scoops…and it ends up being 100% liquid like nasty vanilla milk and they didn’t add my toppings I paid for….i corrected them and they told me it was scooped ice cream with the toppings and on my receipt it’s right. Can’t fix stupid…three people working and they can’t even get a basic order right. Saying it’s correct like it’s obviously not I think you should know the difference between pure liquid and actual scoops and toppings or none. How...
