La Fiesta Graham — Restaurant in Graham

I just ate from this location for lunch. I had a carry out order of 2 steak and cheese quesadillas. I am extremely shocked by how empty they are. There is barely any meat in them at all. I’ve had their quesadillas one time in the past and it was full of meat, which is why I came back to give them my business once again. But today I’m extremely disappointed. There was such a small amount of meat on my quesadillas I could roll them up into tiny thin tacos. I usually get full and satisfied from 2 of them. But because they were so greedy with the meat today I am still so hungry. But I have to get back to work, so I am not able to take them back for new ones. So i have no choice but to finish my work day still hungry. Their quesadillas are extremely expensive. They charge nearly $6.00 for just one steak and cheese quesadilla. I bought 2. What did I pay the $12.00 for? For mostly bread? There is hardly any meat, or cheese. $12.00 is way too much money to pay for barely anything to eat. So it is understandable why I am upset. Exactly what I want my Hispanic food to look like when I'm walking in and the atmosphere. About was definitely lacking in other areas. I had high hopes for this place with a being close to five stars. But I wouldn't be honest if I didn't say that this just tastes like any other Hispanic type of chain. I got the enchiladas and all of it was just very under seasoned if any seasoning at all. They give you about half a pound of vegetables on top of all of your enchiladas. No rice. But she's dip is basically water for the most part. Pretty bland. The salsa was very redeeming. If you're looking for authentic Mexican or authentic Hispanic, this is not the place. If you're looking for run in the middle tacos and whatever else sure. Service was okay. Our server could have better guided me in my questions instead of being passive into dismissive about. My work place enjoys ordering out every once in awhile and we got food from LaFiesta yesterday. We ordered a taco salad with chicken with no guac and no peppers. there is an allergy to peppers and were told there are no peppers in the salad. We picked the food up, and when we opened it, there were little green jalapeno peppers mixed in to the salad. I called and explained what happened, the lady was very rude and stated there are no peppers on the salad, no apology and mandated me to bring the salad back. When I arrived the manager never apologized and argued with me back and fourth about the types of chicken that are already mixed in with peppers. He kept asking the take out staff if I asked for no peppers of course they said I never said anything. He finally gave me a new salad and promised there were no peppers.
