I've ordered from here many times in the past. I completely understand not doing deliveries if you're short staffed. However, if a delivery order comes through the app you use and you cancel the order you should notify the person. I went to check the delivery status on the app and saw it was canceled. I called to see if it was a mistake and was notified they saw the order but it wasn't supposed to come through due to 3 people being there. When I asked if someone was going to call (I thought surely that was the next move) I got a snotty "No, we voided the order." Voiding the order fixed your problem. You should give your customer the simple courtesy of notifying them what happened instead of waiting on them to figure it out on their own. Also, take pride in your business and customer service. If you order delivery,#1 there's going to be a delivery charge,#2, then you will end up having a tip charge which is fine because that's what you do for a delivery,... #3 and worst of all and other charge for using a credit card and if it is an option then it should not be charged for... This is the digital age. It would be smarter to raise your prices 1% across the board and nobody would feel the pain rather than forcing a select few to be charged an extra fee.
Worse than anything else is when you're making your way to pick up an order instead of having it delivered and then you're also getting a charge for using a credit card. Just makes no sense. Fix this in my review will change but until it's fixed I will be boycotting anyone who charges for...

I called and informed the gentleman who answered the phone, that I no longer wanted my order due to the fact I would not have time to eat because it was almost time for our clinic to resume in 10 min which would be 1:00 pm. The gentleman stated âoh we want you to eat!â And I responded that No one made us aware that it would take over an hr and a half to get our food!
