I placed an order at 11:45 this morning. The online told me to expect our delivery within 45-50 minutes. After an hour i got online and checked. It said my order had been delivered so i called and spoke to a manager. He told me that my order was almost there. 20 minutes went by and nothing so i called again. The manager told me he’d called the driver and have the driver give me a call. A few minutes later the driver calls me and was the most unprofessional and rude call. I got maybe 3 grunts out of this person before he hung up... another 20 minutes go by and nothing. So i called AGAIN, and the manager told me that the driver got lost and the GPS took him the wrong way.... Well... there’s only one way into my subdivision and one way out. I’m not sure how he got lost. Finally almost 2 hours and we got our cold pizza... oh and the driver dropped off the pizza and then walked off. He didn’t collect the money because i was paying in cash. So i hollered at him and said here you go, handed him the cash and a tip and he didn’t say a word. No, “thank you”, or “have a nice day”.... Philip was the driver and had the worst customer service. I could have gotten everything free, and when we got our 2 hour cold pizza it should have been... lesson learned. Read moreHorrible customer service at this location. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. When we received them from the delivery driver I noticed the quality seal was opened. Both pizzas had issues, 1st issue someone ate the peppers off the 1st pizza and the banana pepper that comes with the pizza they ate all except the tip of the pepper ,you can clearly see it's been eaten. 2nd issue, the 2nd pizza you can see that someone pressed their hand hand into the pizza. You can clearly make out a deep handprint. I contacted customer service with theses issues. I have contacted customer service 4 times over the course of 3 weeks. Everytime I'm told the store manager or the district manager would contact me within 48 hours. This has not happen once in 3 weeks. The store manager told the customer service agent that they will not do anything to fix this issue.
Do yourself a favor and save yourself alot of headache and do not purchase anything from this location. I have been a paying customer here for years and this is how they treat their customers. I will no longer give them anymore...
Read moreRudest delivery driver ever! Never spoke one word to me. Stuffed a the receipt and pen in my face to sign-which I did and even included a tip. Then snatched back receipt and held his warming bag out to me to have to retrieve my stuff out of. I recently had surgery and only had the use of one arm. When trying to tell him I couldn't get the stuff out, he looked the other way and just stood there. Called the mgr to complain and he asks me did I not notice that the driver is a little autistic? Really? That's not really up to me to notice and I'm the one that was inconvenienced not to mention hurt myself trying to retrieve my food from this driver.
