The last 3 times we have had nothing but trouble, you have to order online or through some corporate office so online it is. Doesn’t matter though cause apparently no one can read and / or don’t care!!!! The pizzas we have ordered have been wrong and had to be remade with no interest in apologizing or offering anything!!! This time the bread bites weren’t ready and again, no one at all cared or bothered to apologize or ask if they could do anything!!!!! I’m sick of costumer service in general and so should be anyone in managerial position!!!! The unmitigated gaul of everyone anymore to assume we have to accept this as a norm!!!! I will purchase Papa Murphy’s or frozen pizza from now on!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Shame on you Dominos!!!! Read moreI'd rate it zero stars if I had the chance. Where to begin I have been a loyal customer of this dominos for over a year. I was hopeful that things would get better when the store switched over to moe instead of franchise but boy was I wrong. First I would get a pizza that was tossed around Then I would get half of my $50 order after it had sat for 30 min and then the manager argued with me about how th order should have been remade due to the time it sat. Then I would get a delivery driver with an attitude Now I waited for an hour for my pizza, called to see if the order was still hot as it had been sitting for 30 min and the CSR decided to get an attitude and tell me "it's been on a warming shelf so yea it's still hot" M husband called to see where it was at and the manager said "oh we are remaking it now" then we waited 45 more minutes for the order to finally arrive and the order was still only warm. Read moreSomething weird happened with our service and order tonight. We always order from this location at least 1-2 times per month and never have issues. I don't know if it was just insanely busy or what the problem was, but I'm very unsatisfied and I don't plan on ordering from them again. Our order took over an hour and ten minutes to arrive. I tried to call twice and was placed on hold both times. The first time, it was near 10 mins, and the second time it was over 5 mins. I was calling to check on the order and make sure things were okay. I hung up each time because they weren't coming back to the phone. When our order arrived, the delivery guy laughed and giggled the entire time, while apologizing for the late order. I was very uncomfortable and I'm not sure what his problem was, but the giggling was disrespectful. It almost gave me the impression that he was on drugs or something odd.
