Retracting a previous 2 star review from a few years ago. Arby's is my husband's favorite, so we eat there a fair amount. A few years back, my order was wrong more often than it was right. The staff at the time was never exactly rude when I would ask for my order to be corrected, but there was a clear lack of caring about it (and I mean, I get it - customer service workers are underpaid and abused horribly all day; after a while even the most empathetic person just can't be emotionally invested in some jerk's sandwich). I'm not sure what has changed since I left that negative review, but I recently caved and agreed to go back to this Arby's with my hubby. And fantastic! My order was perfect, the staff was super friendly, even the wait time was much shorter. Read moreI ordered a sandwich. When I got home, I discovered it was the wrong sandwich and had to drive back. When I explained the situation, the young woman at the window gave me a new sandwich. I sat there for a second waiting for her to say she was sorry for the mistake or my inconvenience. Instead, she waved me on saying I was good to go. So I very politely said that when you make a mistake requiring me to drive back, you should say I’m sorry or sorry for my inconvenience. She looked at me like I was crazy or probably worse, turned her back & walked away. Everyone makes mistakes BUT you apologize. That’s all it takes. Very poor management. I know businesses are having a tough time having enough employees but that should not affect how customers are treated by the employees...
Read moreWent here for lunch, got back to work and there was hair in my honey Buffalo wings😬. Especially when you have a taste for them!!! I did call Mgr of store, explained my problem, she asked what color of the hair was it( at this point it doesn't matter what color it is, me telling the color of hair doesn't justify it being in my food) I can say she was apologetic over the phone. Once i made it back to Arby's for my refund, i asked if all the employees were to wear hair nets, she said no if your not in the back handing food.
