Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Blanc Charter Township

This location is right by my house I go there frequently and regularly I love the two managers that are there there's an African American lady she is so awesome I can't remember her name and there is a middle age lady at night they are awesome every time I have an issue or a problem they always seem to go over the Call of Duty to satisfy my needs and my request. I do have a few repeat orders that had to be replaced due to my particular things that I order. I kept getting a made wrong. But every time I call they put me in the book and very apologetic and so a lot of empathy we're in dealing with my situation. Until they we came up with an idea for me just to come in instead of ordering all the phone and have them do it personally this way my orders never get messed up and they always seem so happy to see me you're coming by first name only we're just feel so good not just the fact that they are eager to help me but they're eager to know me. Especially being a vet the small little signs of humanity helps a lot and the two ladies are always smiling once again even though when I walk in it seems like they're going through it cuz it's older at the order and busy and people calling off they never seem to have an attitude well not with me at least LOL they rock over there give them a chance...

Horrible. I have been coming here a long time, only because my kids like little Ceasars. I have one who doesn't like a lot of cheese so I started ordering hot and ready..half light cheese. It was about 50/50 chance it was right. I then started ordering hot and ready but with light cheese on whole pizza...it got a little better. I know it's right because I can tell and it usually specifies with a white sticker on the box that says light cheese. I came in yesterday April 27th at Saginaw and Hill location first called and nobody ever came back to the phone after putting me on hold. So when I get there I order hot and ready pepperoni but with light cheese...so I waited in my car because they never answered the phone. The lady who claimed to be a manager gave me my fully loaded cheese pizza which was not mine. I opened it and it was not light cheese and she tried to tell me it was..no sticker said light cheese...she just grabbed a regular hot and ready and said it was light cheese...seriously this is a manager...what a joke and a poor excuse for a manager so I came back up to get a refund and there were more customers Bringing back thier orders...this place is a joke...Hire some people who appreciate having a job and you'll get better business as for me we'll go to...

I can not even express in words how upsetting the experience was here. I went to this location thinking the quality of food would be better. I want to say that there was clearly an issue where the lady was being rude and unprofessional to only two of us in this place and was helping everyone else. I will be contacting Corperate when I can get ahold of them. The one lady have been waiting for over an hour and when asked about her order she was ignored and went on to helping others. The lady addressed her so she clearly heard her. I wanted to two hot and ready and was waiting with my infant. She said it would be 20 minutes I said OK and she wouldn't let me pay and moved on to someone else. 10 minutes later another lady came in and she allowed her to pay. Then she walked out with the two hot ready I ordered. I understand it was busy but what I don't understand is why the customer service is almost none existent and why others are being treated differently. Never would I treat anyone in the manner in which this...
