It’s been a while since I’ve gotten McDonald’s , was tired of the constant stale food and long wait . But after tonight , I figured I’d share my experience … I understand working night shift … but it’s no excuse to not do / half butt your job . Tonight , I ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder Meal . Sat at the window for 10+ minutes meanwhile all I could hear is the employees messing around / cracking jokes . I get home to find that my fries are cold and undercooked as well as my Bacon Quarter Pounder is in pieces AND missing the bacon … At this point , I’m tired of it and won’t be returning to any McDonald’s location . It’s sad how little people care , even as an employee at a fast food restaurant . That may have been my only meal of the day and it was trash … Please do better . 11/16/24 @ roughly 2am . Side note , more times than not , fries are cold and or undercooked or they fill it like a medium instead of a large like ordered … Plenty of times where I’ve sat at speaker for 5 to 10 minutes before being acknowledged when theres nobody in front of me or only a car or 2 . When the Lemonade was fairly new , there were black specs floating in my drink … Has also happened with the Tea … There was also a time where I pulled up to speaker , employee asked me to wait a second .. 5 minutes passed until another car pulled up to other speaker , and they immediately took their order instead of mine … Oh , have also gotten an undercooked Quarter Pounder … Undercooked Bacon seems to be a thing at a lot of locations as well . Read moreWent to order a dessert for my 2 yr old and 9yr old. We waited a bit to decide cause my 9yr old was unsure of what she wanted. I then proceeded to order my food. I didn't see anything on the screen. I asked, "Hello?" Calmly. No response. Then my kid being a kid that likes to order out her own window said "hello?!" Loudly and the woman said "don't yell I can hear you" with an attitude. And before I could even say anything else she said "don't yell at me don't give me an attitude" and continued to ask me what else I wanted and I said "that was my daughter" and she said "anything else? " I said no. I drove off cause I really wasn't done ordering. She made me uncomfortable to even want to continue with a purchase. I was very unhappy with the service. The ENTIRE night staff is always rude. It's one thing when u have a bad day and another when u have a bad year. Took everything in me to not yell or curse at the lady trying to control my temper in front of my children. My daughter said she was mean. And she only said hello really loud cause she thought the lady couldn't hear me when the lady didn't respond to me and nothing was on the screen. Read moreWent to this restaurant and waited about 20 minutes in line, mind you when I drove into the drive thru, I was almost able to already get to the speaker to tell them that I had an online order. The 20 minutes started after I placed my order. When I finally got up to the window, I was asked what my order consisted of. This was odd to me since the cashier knew right away my order was online and she saw my name and everything on her end. So I told the guy at the window that I ordered two McDoubles and a medium fry, not thinking that I had to go into specifics on what the modifications were since I thought they could see that on their new end. He then comes back to the window and ask what size fry I had. So now I’m for sure they can’t see my order. I get my food and see that they are McDoubles with no customizations done at all. I go inside, and find two other people with messed up orders, with one guy saying it was his second time in for a correction. One of the two people also told me that before I came in, 3 other people had issues with wrong food given. The manager did have everything remade but I won’t be coming back to this...
