Today was definitely a breakfast burrito day! Went in and was immediately greeted by friendly staff who make you feel welcome. I decided on a roast beef breakfast burrito with egg, hashbrowns, and cheese and asked to have the peppers, onions, and mushrooms toasted. Next up was the saucing! There were so many sauce options! Ended up going spicy with the Ghost Pepper Aioli and sour cream to help tame it down. The smell with absolutely mouth watering. The taste... Sooooo good!!! Everything was completely on point. A clean, welcoming, and open space. Friendly and efficient staff. And a taste experience that made my very soul shed tears of joy. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, but what I wasn't ready for is that it was a BREAKFAST LEGEND. Each bite was the perfect blend of every flavor profile that culminated into the gates of Elysium sounding the shrillest of music upon my palette. We also grabbed some cookies and I realized after a single bite, that I would have regretted not getting them for the rest of my life. The only reason I gave a 4 on the food was because my wife’s sandwich was way overdressed. But this is a gem for anyone passing through the area around the Grand Coulee Dam. We are sandwich people, and since moving to the PNW it can be surprisingly hard to find a decent sandwich shop. These guys have a nice variety of special sandwiches with unique combos, and plenty of variety to make your own. Lots of fresh add ons. We also had what looks like scratch made white chocolate macadamia nut cookies that were insanely good. The only area they could stand to step up their game is in the chips department.
