This place has gone downhill over the years, takes forever to get my wife seen now, they WON'T schedule my daughter's wellness checkups, visits are turning into telehealth visits that they WON'T let you have at home which is just plain stupid, the professionalism of the employees has gone massively downhill too, I was more or less told I could either take my appointment as is or go f myself in a more polite manner. My wife and I had a less then pleasant birth here and the nurses couldnt give a F, the male ultrasound tech is a creep and won't answer your questions even though he asked if I had any, treated me like a child. They cancel our appointments all the time more or less without warning. The doctor seeing my wife after her birth also doesn't know what he's doing, skipping crucial visits. This whole place has turned into a joke. Also this place charges you more then necessary and gets audited regularly and ends up refunding you pretty frequently at least that's our case. I came to the urgent care as a result of a treble hook on a fishing lure getting stuck in my finger as I was unhooking a fish I had caught. I was out on Banks Lake in my boat with my father who had come from out of state for a visit and I did't want to ruin our fishing trip. I drove to the dock, loaded boat up and came to the urgent care. As I was a new patient, there was some paperwork to do and get checked in. The doctor and staff were great. They removed the hook, and I was back at the lake shortly after that. From where I was fishing by Steamboat Rock, to the urgent care and back to the same spot on the lake only took about two hours. If I could give zero stars I would. My father came in with symptoms of a stroke. I drove 2 hrs to get here and they made me wait 2 hrs to even go in to see him or to answer any questions. Then I get back to see him and his feet are hanging off the foot of the bed, he has bo pillow no sheet or blanket and laying in on a wet sheet. His machine was going off saying no leads attached and the nurse says to me"ya I know I'm busy. " I asked her for a pillow or a sheet and she said they only have one pillow and it's dirty and needs to be cleaned. Never been so frustrated and disappointed with a health...
