Burger King — Restaurant in Grand Forks

Where to start.... the guy who took my order did a great job. I waited and waited for my food. Everyone in line commented on wanting to ho behind the counter to help make the food. Years ago I worked at bk and I wanted to hop the counter and finish out orders. Very long wait. So after my crows feet and wrinkles showed up I finally sat down with my food. Then I take a bite of my bacon king. Piece of hair... so I pull it out. Usually I could care less bout one hair. But I found four hairs throughout the whole sandwich. The veteran guy making the fries helped me get a new sandwich. I like the veteran guy. Very polite and respectful. So was the guy who took my order. I worked in food service before and I used to rock the hair nets and would have rocked a beard next to if I had one. Maybe this change is needed here. Honestly something needs to be done. The cookies I got for them messing up my order were very flat and undercooked. Basically fused together to make one. I've eaten at burger king for years. Literally the worst service...

This place got a complete remodel (as of July 2018), so you would expect it to have improved, but sadly, that isn't the case. It's actually worsened. The freshness of your food is hit or miss. They still haven't gotten rid of the new style touch screen soda machine which just spreads germs, is very slow to use, and constantly causes a waiting line. That thing sucks. Go back to the old way that is simple, efficient, and doesn't cause people to get sick. The entire restaurant is now a lot more open, but because of that, there is terrible echo and it is always very loud in here while you are eating. You have to scream just to talk to somebody sitting across from you. Now whenever you are talking anybody on the other side of the restaurant can hear your conversation....

At the time we arrived, they were out of a lot of food that we wanted, we switched to other food items, so It did work out. One thing that made me and my family irritated, is that the gentlemen taking our order, every word out of his mouth sounded like he could care less, there was no form of any type of excitement at all, the gentlemen takeing our order was prince as it sed on his name tag, another thing prince didn't realize, he yelled hay Josh through the intercom, it scarred us.

All fast-food resterraunts keep putting way to much ice. I always ask to eather have no ice or just a little, they still put way to much, if you put to much it dielutes the drink. Will consider a better time to eat here...
