Ordered at 8:13pm. 3 sandwiches.... 40$ order (including the delivery tip) My food went out for delivery around 8:30. At 9:13 I called the store to ask where my food was, and the phone was not answered. I called back at 9:15 and finally, someone answered.
When I asked, where my food was, the person who identified themselves as a "manager" said they "didn't know" where my food was, and they "didnt know" where my driver was. They said that "the driver is a very slow driver" but, that he was on the way.
Mind you, I live less than 10 minutes from the store location, this driver has now had my food for roughly 45 minutes. When I asked for a refund, or especially a refund of the TIP that I had given this driver, the manager said that they don't know how to do that and that since I placed my order online, I would have to "call someone or something" to get that taken care of. And that he had no idea how their website works.
My food FINALLLYYYY arrived an hour and fifteen minutes after it was out for delivery.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER be a customer again. Manager and driver should be fired. These sorts of people have no business in the food or customer service industry.

Read moreI ordered on the Jimmy John's Website, my order was expected to take 45 minutes to deliver. Apparently they were using Uber/Doordash, and when my food arrived it wasn't even food from Jimmy John's.
I reached out to the store that made my order and the person who answered the phone sounded slothful and like they were chewing gum into the phone. The call started unprofessional, and when I asked what we could do to make sure I get the food I paid for, they said "Oh that's not our problem, that's uber or doordash, we can't do anything." Someone in the background told them to offer to "Void the order" and then they didn't ask me for any relevant information about which order it even was before they tried to get off the phone.
I've now spent $40 that I won't have access to to reorder the food until 48 hours later because it's already on hold, no food, and also had to deal with inconsiderate, absolutely garbage customer service and phone etiquette. No effort, No care,...
Read moreUpdate: Used to be a favorite of mine, but they started outsourcing their deliveries which means they no longer accept cash. The people delivering (UberEats) are unable to read a map or follow simple directions. Waited an hour for what used to be "freaky fast" just to have them cancel my order because their GPS was inaccurate, they couldn't read road signs, and refused to respond to my messages with directions to my extremely easy to find address on a numbered street. The food is probably still good, but delivery was their main gig and that's no longer functional. Sadly, I will not be ordering here again.
