Burger King — Restaurant in Grand Island

So, ordered my food in drive thru! She repeated order back but I couldn’t hear very good! I told her that and asked if she said 2 items! She had not had that! I told her well I think that right but I couldn’t hear you well! She gave me total and told me to pull up! After hearing total I knew something was missing for it should of cost more! Got to window and asked if they had gotten few other things and figured out what was missed! Didn’t add $5 meal! Anyways we asked to add that on and I got told I would have to go threw the drive thru again! WHAT?! I asked to talk to manager! The lady at window told me manager was one whom took my order! I’m thinking ok ya she knew I said I couldn’t hear well when she repeated order so it be no problem! She did add it on, but said she not supposed too! I’m thinking you all ready know you missed part of order! You were told I couldn’t hear as you repeated order! Maybe she couldn’t hear me! Then they need new equipment! Anyways i have to sandwich’s back bc they made wrong! Then it turn out that the 5$ meal they didn’t get well they herd me say sandwich just not meal! Then put $5 meal in another transaction! As they were all ready rude and had things messed up! I left it alone that we had extra sandwich that we didn’t want for it was to be in the $5 meal! Also, we were only people in drive thru! Also lobby, I could see no one at there counter so I just think that customer service was just awful experience! They didn’t apoligize, or nothing! We ended up waiting for good 10 mins or more by then peps we’re starting to fill the drive thru! Like 3 cars! Even then is that really a rush hour for them that they be so unkind and so slow?! A McDonalds need to be put on South Locust st! I would never go to...

~We left home for Christmas traveling on December 23, 2017, and planned to stop in Grand Island for breakfast. We have a family of 5. We stopped at this location and regretted it. We will NEVER be back at this BK. The service was so poor, that we almost left after ordering food. The ONLY helpful person was the nice lady at the counter that was trying to do her best to take orders AND get them organized for those that were waiting. In the meantime, the manager was in the back office NOT helping one bit. She was doing more bitching, complaining and even took my Caramel Frappe that the counter lady made...AND DRANK IT! W - T - F! ~I worked fast food when I was in high school AND managed a store in my later years...when it is busy, you get your ass out of the office and help your co-workers. I thought the counter-lady was going to break down in tears. If she quits, I wouldn't blame her. She deserves better treatment from the lousy boss. ~We finally received our food after 25 minutes -- pancakes, biscuits, french toast sticks. It was sub-par. I know this is fast-food, but McDonald's does a better job with making it look edible. We didn't eat everything. LASTLY, my daughter and I waited 20 minutes to use the restroom, only to see that you know who exited the restroom. The boss that drank my frappe. GO TO A DIFFERENT BK IN GRAND ISLAND, somewhere else, or go the gas station and grab breakfast. So not worth going there...at least on...

What a joke. I sat in the drive thru for a few minutes and finally asked,” is anyone there?” With a rude response “ ya I’ll be with you in a minute!” I then ordered a quad bk king combo, whopper combo, and wanted to try the Mexican chicken sandwich. $32. Ouch. Bk king quad was a disappointment. White Castle sliders were bigger than this. Hence the picture in my hand I took 2 bites of and you can see in my hand the tininess. Then the Mexican chicken sandwich was drier than the Sahara desert and looked sadder than a kid who got his candy or toys taken away. The 2 large onion rings containers were half empty like the window lady pocketed them before handing them out the window. This company has gone down the window. They have doubled their prices and cut the food to nothing. I did a review a month or so ago about the rodeo burgers and honestly if you look at that review the rodeo burger was the same size as this quad bk king burger.
