Godfather's Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Island

My husband was home sick. So I ordered him a pizza so he did not have to make himself a meal. I paid with my card over the phone. All I ordered was one pizza and 2 Cups of marinara. My total came to $36.47. When the driver showed up and my husband met her outside, He did not know that I had already paid for the pizza. He asked how much it was and she mumbled and My husband could not understand her so looked at the receipt only looking at the price and gave her another $47.00 And We didn't even get the 2 Cups of marinara. We ended up paying $83.00 for 1 pizza!!!! I tried calling the manager to explain it to him I not once But 2 times and she claims She thought it was a tip. I'm sorry but a $47.00 tip? The only reason I gave them one star is because you have to to leave a review I would've gave them 00000000! The manager Todd Is a liar because he said he was going to send me out coupons and I never received them! Keep your tip we will never order...

Today, my husband and I went to lunch at Godfather’s Pizza. Though the buffet looked amazing, we went ahead and ordered an all meat specialty pizza and some cheese sticks with 2 drinks. Our cashier was super friendly, and you could tell that everyone working there was happy to be there and that they are good people. The atmosphere was wholesome. We picked a table, and went to get our drinks. I silently kicked myself, I had forgotten to specify that I would only have water. Due to several medical issues, I have to watch my sugar intake and can’t have caffeine. I can’t even describe my joy upon finding Caffeine Free Diet Coke at the soda fountain! It was the first time in over 6 months I had something other than water at a restaurant!! I sipped my soda with a big grin on my face, and when the cheese sticks and pizza came out, both of us ate happily. The food was hot, delicious, and Godfather’s Pizza just might be my new favorite Grand...

Absolutely disappointed in our delivery last nite! Pizza was so soggy, you couldn't even pick it up, everything slid off the dough! It was as if the center of the pizza had been soaked in water. Called the store to tell them about it first was put on hold while I was talking and then the so called manager ignored me the whole time I was talking.......then just said we're busy we don't have time to look at your pizza, it wasn't like that here at the store! Got ignored some more so I finally hung up. We would eat at Godfathers all the, especially when they had the buffet. But after last nite we will never again until the franchise owner gets hold of us and apologies to us. Very disappointed and stunned by the staff reactions. Really sad.........forgot to add the garlic parmesan wings were half...
