Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Grand Island

My husband and I went to this Jimmy John's in Grand Island 7/9/24 @ 6pm.We have been there many times before, the store had 4 people ahead of us. We had waited for our sandwiches for 15 minutes after 15 minutes we were told that they were out of tomatoes and that it would be another 30 minutes before they would have tomatoes we told them we would just take our sandwiches without tomatoes after getting our sandwiches the bread was very dry to the point of almost Burnt and the store was very untidy. The people working there just acted like it was an inconvenience for them to be there and one lady behind the counter had long hair and constantly was flipping her...

I had ordered jimmy John’s on Uber eats, and was given the wrong order at my door. As I called jimmy johns to inform them about the mishap the guy on the phone had told me the Uber guy had carelessly grabbed it without asking for a name.(L Uber eats guy) but jimmy John’s had called me a second time and offered to have them deliver the correct order to me since they had felt bad even offering to remake the sandwich as well. Food was great, but ordered for curbside pickup and sat there for 8 mins waiting after I had checked in on the app. All the while the employees stood inside chatting with eachother.
