Phams coffee and boba is honestly one of the best boba places I’ve been to. The owner and workers are always so kind. They have a welcoming atmosphere and a cute place to hang out or take pictures. They also sell delicious foods like panini and waffles. They have a kiosk if you want to order on your own and don’t feel like ordering up front. They also sell cute pins, tallow, stickers, and earrings. This shop all together is wonderful and I will definitely be coming in more often for some...
