Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Grand Island

I ordered one coffee for myself. I got to the window and the girl working the window took my card and took payment, never telling me an amount. Then she starts to hand me two drinks and I told her I only ordered one and mine was hot and those two were iced. I asked her how much I was charged and it was $12something (when my order should have been $5something). I told her I want a refund for that. She told me she can't do that, only a manager can. I asked for a manager... there wasn't one there and wasn't going to be for a couple days. She asked if I would just take the two drinks. Of course I won't. It's not what I ordered and I don't even know what it was. Well she had me leave my name and number for the manager to call me, which surprise surprise a manager never did. I tried calling them a couple times and the answer was always "there isn't a manager here." I guess I'm just out the money and I will not be visiting their...

I always get the same thing pretty much. “Please (you know you should always say please), could I have a Café Latte with an extra shot of coffee and Salted Caramel flavored? They always say the same thing back, “We don’t have salted caramel but we have our own caramel will that do?” Then I say, “Yah this time it’ll be fine.” and I think…maybe they’ll take the hint and add the flavor. Who knows? Great experience tho’ Great coffee, great flavor, and then I got the little cupcakes of eggs and sausage. Good flavor but a little on the juicy side. They had good flavor too. Don’t ask me about the rest of their fare cause I don’t go farther than satisfied. Every thing has pretty much food wise gone up 50% in the last year and our fixed retirement income from clueless Uncle Sam went up under cost of living rules by 3%. Go grab yourself a Great Scooters Café latte and ponder...

I spoke with manager Amy who was super helpful! They offered me a new drink. I stopped today and got it. It was hot, delicious and correct!! Thanks Scooters!!

I ordered a hot Carmeliscious and muffin after long day. Commute from Hastings. Spent $9.16 on 7/13/22 around 5 pm. They were not busy. Got outside of Grand Island and took a drink. Not sure what it was. Looked and tasted like weak coffee with milk. No flavor! Stirred and the same. So disappointed. Never had trouble before. I would have returned if I would have drank right away.
