Big Apple Bagels — Restaurant in Grand Island

Food is good but the wait time is horrible. Multiple times I've sat in line for 15 minutes plus to place and get my order. If I wanted to wait that long I'd go to a sit down place. I sat in line this morning for 10 minutes without it moving to even be able to place my order, so I left. Update: Changed to 1 star. Wait time has gotten even worse. It is ridiculously long. Gave this place a very positive review on Facebook, but now I have one complaint since posting that review. Since then, I had a deli sandwich with chicken breast in it, and that chicken breast was lukewarm and tough as leather. I would have complained to the staff, but I got there 20 minutes before closing and felt like it would have been rude to complain when the staff was eager to close up and leave for the day.
