A VERY busy store!!! (The owner should be happy). Two coffees & two bacon, egg & Gouda sandwiches ordered in the store. Those were placed on the counter & my name called in a reasonable amount of time. Then we waited. I finally yelled out as they were all busy, "Are our coffees coming?" They said they had to brew more coffee. (Starbucks... Who could have seen that coming?) A few more minutes passed and only one coffee was placed & my name called. (?) I then yelled out again, "Is there another one coming?" (I thought maybe the order had been misunderstood) They again said, "We have to brew more coffee. Meanwhile my wife took the sandwiches & went to the car. By the time the second coffee was delivered, the sandwiches were no longer hot. First... What's up with brewing coffee during a morning rush hour? Second... When a partial order is delivered & there is an issue with the remainder, just let the customer know vs. making them yell out (twice) to whoever is listening. I...
Read moreI just recently moved here from Texas and This has got to be the worst Starbucks ever. I've been ordering the same drink for a long while iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. In texas I ordered drink with no changes just as is. Moved to Nebraska ordered drink in Hastings and it was a little bit different but very good. But.......Grand Island Starbucks just will not do it correctly. I usually go through the drive thru cause I never have issues. Yesterday I used the drive thru window and i had too rerun the drink because it basically was ice. They remade it still lots of ice. Today I walked in to order my drink asked for light and I got the run around. I Just asked for lighter ice. The cashier kept telling me the drink was made with ice and I wasn't asking for no ice just not $8 dollars of only ice. I have never had any issues with ordering this drink at all. Read moreI do love me some Starbies. However, I've never waited in line longer in my entire life. I went yesterday on 11/17 and placed a mobile order pickup. I chose to pick up inside. The drive thru was packed and inside was so packed that there was nowhere to sit and absolutely nowhere to stand. I was waiting for my mobile order for an hour.
I gotta hand it to the team though. They handled it with grace and smiles.
My only issue was that I waited so long for my drink, and it was wrong. Instead of it being the hot apple crisp I always get, it was something with pecans. Pecans make me sick.
I wasn't able to take it back right away as I had to get to work. But after work I went and the young lady remade my drink for me with no question.
But today, same thing. It wasn't quite as busy, but I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and again they made my drink...
