Talking to text so sorry for any mistakes. First pick up order since the fire and I've noticed that my salad has the same gross ham that they had during Covid. The one thing I come there for the most is the little square ham on the salad and I'm already heartbroken. Luckily it's my daughter. I'm not sure if it's on the buffet. The next time I go to the buffet which seems a lot safer since I can seey food before I choose it, I'll check it out and my review will probably update. When ordering my food I asked over the phone twice to be charged for extra ham for my salad, it did not happen then when I went to go get it and asked to be charged for it, it was like I was speaking a whole different language with a person who was most definitely speaking the same language. How hard is it to understand "charge me for extra ham" multiple times...well I'm editing/updating. Ordered my half of my pizza that I was sharing with my fiance on my limited lunch break with no mushrooms cuz I'm deathly allergic and they STILL put mushrooms on it. Thank God I've learned to inspect my food before I eat. They had the audacity to question my integrity even after my fiance and I brought it back. I had to correct the supervisor because it seemed like SHE was trying to manipulate the situation to her boss instead of taking responsibility for her employees mistakes while talking. My fiance ate half his pizza which left me with nothing and the salad was for my daughter so I didn't get any of that either. When she only offered to refund me for the pizza that irritated me to no end. You literally almost murdered me and you're only going to give me a partial refund? Then to offer to have a new one sent to my work? I'm not sure about anyone else with deadly allergies but when a restaurant messes up that bad I don't go back it's NOT HARD to make sure someone's food is made right especially when you're not busy which they weren't. I was in the food/restaurant industry for 10 years before switching industries. There is no fixing this one. not everyone can afford an epi pen. The fact that it didn't seem like the management in that restaurant cared that they almost took someone's life whether it was on accident or not bothered me even more. Why would I want to give you the opportunity to change my mind if you're going to act like you don't...
Read moreThe food was hot and fresh but the employees were rude and the establishment was FILTHY!!! We waited at the register for 8 mins before someone FINALLY came to help us. 2 pop machines and only 1 hardly had any ice in it. I was told they were refilling the machines. (Already hot and thirsty and severe anxiety, I had a special needs toddler throwing a fit at my feet, a hungry 6 year old and a whiny 5 year old) I simply asked if we needed to wait for it to be refilled (thinking they we bringing ice from the kitchen as 1 had the lid off) or if he could fill our glasses for us. He SNAPPED back at me that I would just have to wait for it! Still having the 3 hot, hungry and whiny kids at my feet, I was waiting on the ice to fill our cups when, right next to me, the employee that snapped at me, was telling 2 other staff members that I said "I can't wait for the ice". At this point, I calmly looked at them and corrected them. (All the while wanting to throw my cold drink in his rude face and spanking my children). My daughter had to clean off a table so we could sit down. The floors were filthy with slices of pizza and food debri smashed into the carpet. The orange peelings, in which they do not even serve were still on the floor at the entrance upon leaving. We counted less them 30 costumers during our dining time so they weren't busy! No one came to clear tables, clean up our plates or even walk by with a smile. Staff apparence was that of a tshirt and sweatpants. When going back up to refill my drink, a group of customers, not of my same conplexsion, were being invited to fill their cups with ice from behind the counter of a 3rd pop machine. When my son in law and I asked about military discounts the hostess, in her very messy pony tail, sweat pants and tshirt rolled her eyes at us before giving it to us. I hope they get the leadership needed to keep the doors open because after all of that disapointment the food was actually hot, kept fresh and...
Read moreWe have are at valentinos for over 20 years. About a month ago we went and each time we go it's a constant having to find someone who understands English to refill salad bar and Buffett. My grand daughter loves yo go there. But last time manager Priscilla called us out of line in back telling us we couldn't eat there. Because we were a pain by helping clear table for elderly my daughter chewed out in front of the whole restaurant she was being thoughtful to elderly couple. Priscilla was very rude and denied my grand daughter stating we had to not visit and eat and leave also my daughter has always helped my grand daughter get her food and last time we were there the table wss not clean we were told we couldn't ask for food we had to eat what's out there. Priscilla needs to be fired she is not kid friendly, rude and very disrespectful. I asked for the owners to call me and they didn't respect customer feed back either. There step daughter Sam didn't even respond. I want a call back from the owners asap. Meanwhile pizza Rancho is kid friendly and if you want your kind of pizza they make your request they go above and beyond to make their customers #1. B Valentinos doesn't deserve 1 star. Also this is American so if you are sitting trying to eat and you hear Spanish conversation in the kitchen. Employees sat at next table watching you eat. I NEED A CALL BACK FROM...
