I ordered food last night after a long drive from the canyon, and it was awful! Employees were nice, but one gave me my LG coke LIGHT ice but with A LOT of ice. When i asked if it was a Light ice he said "oh... you're okay." I ignored it because i was tired. When i got home, I got half way through my burger and it was like i bit into a raw burger. ( I know they are pre made) but if its undercooked at the restaurant, its undercooked. It was chewy and almost like eating bits of gristle. the fries were underdone also. i called and the night manager said she was on break and that is why it happened, but we can pick it up tomorrow. I went there today and talked to the manager NINA. and she told me that it is impossible for it to be underdone because it is pre made. I told her that it tasted raw and i understand it is already cooked but it can still be undercooked! she gave so much attitude and in front of customers. i felt like i was being called a liar and that i am dumb. While i explained how i thought the burger was cooked she just ignored me and walked to the back to check the "book." Last night i asked for my food fresh and i think they hurried with it and brought it up early. When she handed me a LG cup she didnt say if i was good to go sit so i waited and she got pissy again then told me that i have a to go card and i can wait. Once our order came she yelled out across the restaurant, "Did you want Ketchup or what sauce." i felt really embarrassed and stupid. I am really not pleased with the service or the food. I am from Utah and i expected to have better quality than Utah food. When i received my burger meal today, the burger was off and there was hardly any bacon jam on the 3way burger. I will not be returning to this Carl's Jr. There was no need for ANY type of attitude. I would know if my burger is off or not because I AM eating it! WORST SERVICE AND AWFUL FOOD! Next time i want carls, i will go to the one 10 miles away from me. OH! the first time i went there, the lady taking my order sounded like she was HACKING up a lung the whole time she was taking my order! then we found a couple hairs in my little brothers burger....
Read morePulled in to the drive thru, immediately spotted some homeless guy laid outside casually on his phone. That should have been a red flag but my child really wanted to try the queso burger. We ordered and the food came out about 2 minutes later. That should have been the 2nd red flag. We immediately parked after receiving our food. My burgers were ALREADY COLD. My child’s was lukewarm. Upon opening up the burger, I noticed the Patty was dry as the Mojave, flat and gross. I think they just have cooked burgers sitting around waiting for someone to order. That can’t be safe. The frozen lemonades were also not good. Overall this was a waste of 25 dollars as neither of us could eat our food. The drive thru worker was relatively pleasant though not pleasant enough. I went in, ordered my usual meal, and the woman had my order ready before I had even paid. Go figure the fries were cold, the bun was kinda soggy, and the burger was cold. Look...I understand that you're "reducing drive times" by having food ready in advance. But come on man...can you at least PRETEND it's fresh by keeping it warm? I understand it's fast-food and the bar is already set really low...but it was a manager handing the food out. Like you should know better than that if you're getting paid more to know better. It's just very disappointing. It's already a bad choice to eat unhealthy food...but then to add insult to injury the food...
