We usually love Qdoba, but lately we noticed the food has gotten pretty bland. A little salt would go a long way. During my most recent trip to this particular location, I was absolutely disgusted by the place. The lobby was very dirty. Most of the tables needed to be wiped down, there was food debris and trash littering the floor. The trash cans were overflowing. It looked as if they had just had a big dinner rush, but other than my son and me, there were only 5 other customers in the lobby. But the worst part of my visit was the funky smell of rot coming from the beverage dispenser. It was so rank, I lost my appetite. In addition to the foul odor, the machine looked filthy! That amount of odor and filth could not have come from any single dinner rush. I was pleased, when half an hour after I sat down, an employee entered the lobby area. I thought surely he would clean up a little. But I was wrong. He just went to the windows, opened the blinds (the sun was setting), and grabbed the empty food baskets near the overflowing trash cans. I even watched him blindly walk past a used pair of food handler gloves wadded up on the floor of the lobby near the registers twice without picking them up. She gave me a disdainful attitude when I brought it up and told me I was more than free to call tomorrow for the GM in a highly sarcastic tone. Absolutely rude, no sense of hospitality, and she was the manager. I can't imagine eating here again. I take her for a man-hater, she gave me a few dirty looks as she walked about. Not sure why else she would make me wait for no reason, when my food was already paid...

Told me I was wrong, I didn’t even want free food, but this place lost my business. I’d suggest before you go, know that they give you no food for expensive (I knew I should’ve went to Chipotle) and then if you do have a complain the GM will call you out and then hang up on you. Extremely...
