We ordered on door dash, got two iced teas when I ordered to iced caramel macchiatos and got one sandwich when we ordered two. We tried to call four times and no one answered. We had to drive down there ourselves and when we pulled up we tried to explain and they cut us off told us to come to the window and then proceeded to not open the window or ask what was happening or greet us at least they were just standing around hanging out and when they FINALLY opened the window to talk to us we explained what happened (partly cause we were cut off once again) he brought us the drinks we ordered and then said “the rest of the order was right though, right?” And we said “wrong! We need another sandwich” and they would have known that if they would have stopped cutting us off when we spoke. We were the only ones in the drive through line and no one was in line inside either. Then while making the sandwich they were all staring talking and LAUGHING at us. We didn’t get an apology or any compensation for having to drive there after we DOORDASHED FOR A REASON AND PAID EXTRA FOR IT TO BE DOORDASHED FOR WHAT?! I wasted my gas and clearly my money on this place. The owners or managers or whoever need to take a step back and raise the standards for employees and the way the place is ran. This place has a 3.7 star rating with 357 reviews for a reason. The customer service and professionalism is some of the worst I’ve experienced, I recommend a reevaluation of this establishment and maybe the ratings would go up. I am usually a very understanding person and I don’t usually leave bad reviews and this might seem harsh but we were not rude to them at all even after THEY got OUR order wrong and they were terrible towards us. There is no excuse for the behavior or the employees and also they weren’t wearing name tags so we don’t even know who to complain about. The standards of this place really needs to be higher if you want a...
Read moreI've been ordering using the Mobile App for years now - I order online then pick it up through the drive through. With two young kids, it's great because I don't have to get them in/out of their car seats. However, this last time I ordered, when I pulled up to the drive through they said they couldn't give me my mobile order and I had to go inside, despite it being ready and there not being any line behind me, or any reasonable explanation as to why they couldn't just hand me my order through the window. Of course, I wasn't prepared for this, so I had to go park, get my two sick kids out of the car and go all the way inside (when again, they had NO LINE in the drive through). Then I had to wait in line inside to ask for my mobile order. I also asked to speak to the manager about this because I felt like they were rude when they wouldn't help me through the drive through. Well turns out the manager is who spoke to me through the drive through and she was just as rude in the store as she was when speaking to me through the drive through. Apparently this is a new policy, but I don't understand why anyone would ever order through the App if drive through pick up is not an option. She was just not understanding at all and offered no sympathy or any type of consolation for the inconveninece. I will not be going to this Einstein's again. The one in Fruita is much better. (Also, as it relates to the food, things that are supposed to be toasted are barely ever toasted - this has happened...
Read moreTo start out I'm a pretty patient person, worked in retail, restaurant services and i understand the up and downs of that kind of work. Not everythg is going to be perfect, sometimes things are not in your control. But once again many times over I've been in this place and they use to make bigger baskets of cinnamon sugar bagels and I had better luck getting one. Sometimes I had to wait 10 min for a batch to come out. Now I go there driving from Clifton no matter what time of the morning they're always out. Now there making half baskets. This morning I was told 20 min. So I went to Starbucks waited in their big line plus went to Wal-Mart for a couple of things went back, When I asked about my 2 that were gonna be held for me....the girl rolled her eyes probably out of frustration they weren't done yet. She said still another 7 min. She told the girl to give me a 10% discount for the inconvience, which I didn't get. Still paid without realizing till I got my receipt. Which I didn't complain...just wanted my bagels. Then they came out....asked if I could get them cut and toasted...but was told they were to soft. So I had to drive all the way home to even eat them. Wanted to sit dwn with my coffee and enjoy my morning. Advice make bigger quantity of your popular bagels. You tell me they are popular and go fast....so make bigger amounts so everyone can...
