I walked into Subway expecting a fresh, delicious sandwich, just as the advertisements had promised. What I got, however, was anything but.
First, let’s talk about the bread—if you can even call it that. Instead of the soft, fluffy texture depicted in commercials, I was handed something closer to a stale, crusty, hard bread. Each bite felt like a scrapping of the roof of my mouth, making me question whether I had unknowingly ordered a sub or a cracker like sandwich.
Then there was the filling—if “filling” is even the right word. The sandwich I received barely resembled the well-stuffed, ingredient-packed subs you see in advertisements. Whata scam!!!! Barely any it resembles meat!!! sad-looking excuse of beef, and a few wilted veggies sat limply between the hard bread. It was almost comical how little effort seemed to go into making it resemble the marketed product.
And the taste? Let’s just say that I would have been better off eating anywhere else. The bread was stale, the meat was bland, and the overall experience was nothing short of disappointing.
The kid working there was alright as he seemed overwhelmed, yet disinterested, as he was rushing through orders without care. Maybe they knew what I was about to endure and just wanted to get it over with. I sure wish I wouldn’t of ordered online so I could’ve critique it as it was going through. That’s a huge mistake always. But I was trusting that they would deliver a little bit better of a sandwich.
Subway’s slogan used to be “Eat Fresh,” but after this experience, they might want to reconsider. “Eat Regret” feels more appropriate.
Would I go back? No damn chance of it. I’m done with this subway franchise. There’s so many better sandwich shops. I guess I had to learn the hard way. So, If you’re in the mood for a sandwich, you’re better off going elsewhere, maybe try a grocery store, hotel restaurant, even or there’s a Denny’s not too far away that couldn’t have been even this bad.
I really should’ve looked at the reviews and pictures posted on here. I was too hungry and in a rush. Really regret it!!! People Write reviews for a reason. I’m gonna have to get back to check reviews and make sure I don’t make this mistake over...
Read moreWorst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I went through the drive-through. I ordered the sandwich I needed, which was very basic. I reviewed my order before submitting it to make sure it was right when I got to the window. I waited at least five minutes before anyone even opened the window. The person engaging me was short and rude like I was interrupting his day when I got home which is 15 minutes away from the restaurant they put Sriracha sauce on the sandwich instead of mayo. And it wasn’t just a little, it was a lot I had to scoop it out and spoons full. This bothered me immediately because I knew I had ordered correctly, but just to confirm before I called I looked at my receipt. I had someone else’s receipt completely, the time stamp on the receipt they gave me is about 30 min prior to us being there. The receipt doesn’t even match what they gave me nor what I ordered. I ordered a 12” turkey sandwich with cheese and mayo that’s it, I made it a meal with Dr. Pepper and two chocolate chip cookies. This seems like a simple order. I called to let them know, and they argued with me, saying that my order that I know I am placed doesn’t exist and the order place at that time was for a 6 inch turkey sandwich with Sriracha and a bag of chips. I could even understand this if I had ordered through a voice box and some thing was misunderstood but I ordered on the screen and I had double checked before I submitted. This meal was some thing that my son earned and was excited about and there was not really much I could do to fix that once we were home and I wasn’t about to spend another 30 minutes driving. The fact that not only did they get the sandwich wrong, but then couldn’t even find the correct order and gave me someone else’s receipt entirely is pathetic and just poor customer service. I’m not sure how someone can screw up an order. That’s so simple less bad I will never go there again. I have asked for a refund, but the person I spoke to wasn’t capable of issuing that and now I can’t get a hold of a manager. Nobody will answer. This is the worst fast food experience...

I recently had a rather frustrating experience at this subway location when I ordered a foot-long steak, egg, and cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, my excitement turned into disappointment when I realized that the sandwich was not toasted as I had requested. Determined to enjoy my meal, I called the store to explain the issue.
To their credit, the staff at the store apologized and assured me that they would make a new sandwich for me. Appreciating their willingness to rectify the situation, I decided to give them another chance and went back to pick up the replacement sandwich.
However, my disappointment only grew when I later checked my checking account statement. To my dismay, I discovered that the store had charged my card twice for the sandwich, and to add insult to injury, they had even added a tip on both transactions.
This double charge and the unexpected tip left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of as a customer. It's disheartening to encounter such billing errors, especially when I had already gone out of my way to return to the store and give them another opportunity to make things right.
I believe in giving businesses a fair chance to correct their mistakes, but this experience has left me questioning the level of professionalism and attention to detail at this particular Subway. Charging me twice for a single order, along with an extra tip, is not only an inconvenience but also a clear oversight that has negatively impacted my perception of their customer service.
I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at this establishment to be cautious and vigilant when reviewing their bills. I hope that the store takes this feedback constructively and takes steps to ensure such errors are not repeated...
