Orchard Mesa subway is a joke!! Sandwiches take forever they skimp on the toppings and if you order ANYTHING WITH CONDIMENTS be ready to wear them all day on your clothing as welI because they make the biggest mess ever!! Also you will find the absolute, rudest and unprofessional people ever!! I also emailed corporate about the problem ! Lets start by saying, IF YOU OFFER DRIVE THRU SERVICE IT SHOULD BE WORKING. i tried for several minutes to Order a Turkey sub, i could NOT touch the over arrow at all it kept pulling up a meatball sub. So i called for help. The girl on the intercome told me "she had no way to place my order from the intercome and if i couldn't figure out how to work around the 'dead spot in the center' to just give up and come in or call her back , even though she wouldn't help me" i tried one more time and then drove to the window. The lady came to the window and said "oh well you have to come inside " I said "my kid is sick w covid and starving i was trying to avoid coming in. Is it possible to ring it on a front registered for us, its 1 simple sandwich (foot long turkey on cheese herb bread w american cheese and mayo) Because i said i was sick and was trying to aviod coming in the "manager" jennifer , came over to the window yelling at me for not wearing a mask in my own car. And refused to help me because i said my kids was sick. When i asked why she was so rude and could I speak to the manager she said "she was manager" pointed to upside down name tag on her hat. I laughed and said who is the GM , your boss cause the complaint will be about your behavior. She absolutely refused to tell me any corporate contact info or the bame of the General Manager so i could call them later. Then i went on line to immediately report it , since she refused me info, and asked for the store number (its required for online complaint) Jennifer purposely gave me the wrong number and left the window. I sat and waited for 10 minutes before she returned to try and tell me she would call the police if i didn't move. I said" ive been waiting for the proper store number, you gave me the wrong one before you slammed the window and refused to come back. It was a missing 0 the last number after the dash. For the record the window was slammed on me 4 different times. Please check the camera 12/26 @ 1030am-11am cause it took that long!! They are rude, lazy, and completely unethical. Who made them decide if a hungry child deserves food or not?? I was there for her!! It is absolutely ridiculous you allow employees to treat people so horribly. Yet expect us to bring you money??? Never again will i waist a dime in this store. JENNIFER belongs picking up trash. Not running a shift. Name tag upside down on hat! Great image subway!! We wont ever be back. Also meth is a serious issue in the area. If your shift manager is overly aggressive and rude for no reason..... drug test your employees!! It shouldnt be ran by the local trap...
Read moreUsing the drive through at this location, was greeted by the cashier who couldn’t look me or say anything at all other then my total. Had basically shoved the meal in my face as I struggled to get the bag into the car and shut the window before I had a chance to even thank them. Both of my sandwich’s were not the normal care that they had been making their sandwiches, one wasn’t even cut, thrown together and smashed. I also asked for extra meat and they missed that, didn’t add any and then barely added any of the regular meat. My other sandwich was burnt. I don’t know who is charge of these associates making these sandwich’s but allowing ur associates to sit out in the parking lot, running in between cars and customers and then providing below standard food...

The problem is they have put cheese on my sandwiches 3 times in the past month even though I take out the cheese through customizing and have requested no cheese in the special instructions. My baby is exclusively breastfed and is lactose intolerant - hence I can't eat dairy products. I get subways through the app when I have zero time to make food (full time working mom), and for this to be happening on a regular basis, is incredibly disappointing. I end up having to pay for something I can't eat, and don't have time to go back and get the right one.
