I'm not sure if the computer generates these responses, or if the owner just doesn’t take the time to actually put some effort into responding to these reviews. As a good barista knows, a latte does have a layer of foam. I told the barista "may I please have a layer of foam on my latte?" He said "so you want a cappuccino?" I don't seem to have any luck when it comes to The Human Bean, they just can't seem to make it correctly. Anyway just trying to get the message across to the owner.

So really every time I get that drink, I order it the same way, but it comes out different. It's not consistent. -Spicy Jalapeno Biscuit is just amazing- Also, I have no idea how...
