The service was great. Order was taken well. However, $33 for six tacos and a med horchata were a bit much. It was probably because it was 3 lengua and 3 fish so that can usually be more expensive. However, still not worth it when I took a bite and it was way too salty to eat. I ate one, and I tried eating another but I felt sick from the amount of salt used. Edit: I received a response to my review. While I understand the amount of meat and tortillas makes sense (especially for what type of meat it was), I really do not think there was much “seasoning” if the only thing I could taste was salt. As for the horchata, the flavor tasted off, like it was artificial rather than “homemade”. My review on service has changed.

paid double what I would have got a "half" order of the carne asada fries from los jilbertos. not impressed fro with the food. when called to talk to them about getting only a half order when being charged for a full order I was told, "I remember your order and you were given full orders". when I informed her that I will not be giving them my business again she told me " that's fine we have plenty of customers". you go get them girl with ripping them off. will not return ever!

This is literally our favorite burrito place in all of the Grand Junction area. Their tortillas are homemade, the meat is cooked to perfection (and generous!), the guacamole is homemade (and included in many burritos!!). They have vegetarian options as well that are also delicious. Try the horchata! It’s a perfect, refreshing drink to have with anything. Eat your food with the orange salsa- it’s the most flavorful sauce with a medium spice. (The other salsas are amazing, too!)

So I usually do not complain about much and on this occasion I actually did not intend do so...and dont get me wrong Im conflicted here about giving my first 1 star review ever. Especially to Los A's.

But here is sitch: I drove thru Los A's at about 245PM on 9/9/25. Ordered a Carne Asada burrito + 3 orders of rolled tacos with guac and extra cheese for co-workers.

Get back to work - distribute rolled tacos and my co-worker found several bugs in his rolled tacos. Gnats and ants. Nothing else was found in anything else.

When I called to let them know - the gal that I spoke with who also helped me in the drive thru was indignant and standoffish about it as if I was making things up. I told her straight up I am not trying to get anything free or anything like that....and I am a regular there and was calling out of respect for their biz because I actually like the place...but rather than being polite about it at the end of the conversation she hung up the phone abruptly. Whatever. Its never fun to hear complaints and I get it but she knows the insect situation there...

Also, I have several folks at my office that were sitting with my co-worker and witnessed it all and saw my coworker immediately toss the food. Saw gnats and ants. They're happy to speak with your management if you would like corroboration. We all work for a car dealership here in GJ.

Last visit for me and mine. Sucks because I like their orange Habanero salsa - some of the best in town - and their morning crew is solid so I feel a little bad because I know reviews affect their biz but I...

definitely my favorite, ever. the food is so good.

me and my family come here a few times a month.

the rice and beans are AMAZING, I'm pregnant and constantly craving their rice & beans.

I always get the #5, my husband always gets a chicken quesadilla, and we get a cheese quesadilla for our daughter.

the food is always super hot & fresh.

my daughter is super picky and its hard to get her to eat but she will devour the quesadilla, so thats awesome. even my super picky eater loves this restaurant.

only complaint is that they update the menu or put that the #5 combo is a taco and CHEESE enchilada, it just says taco & enchilada on the menu, leading me to assume the enchilada has meat.

I send my husband up there and I kept getting cheese enchiladas (still delicious, I ate them anyways but disappointing because i want shredded beef) and I told him to specify that I want shredded beef on the enchilada and they told him the enchilada only comes with cheese, and you have to pay extra for the meat.

what's even more confusing is that another combo says 'cheese enchilada' but the combo I get just says 'enchilada' and there is no mention of cheese.

still my...

I ordered a full order of superfires (carne asada fries) with no guacamole. Got home and it had guacamole on it. Called them back and told them they said bring the receipt. So I did when I got there she asked me where the food was I told her I didn't bring it with me. She said I told you to bring it i never heard her say bring it back (I am ex army and hard of hearing so I might have missed it) Then she said she would just replace it this time but next time I would have to bring it back. My buddy who came with me ordered a half order. When we got home and open them up we realize they were both have orders. I called back and asked to speak to a manager she told me they weren't there I would have to talk to them some other time. First she told me that she had given us two full orders for the mess up. Then when I told her they weren't full orders she changed it and said she gave us half orders because I didn't bring the food back. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be talking to a manager and then more than likely never eating...
