Waited 45 minutes to be seated that's fine, then waited another 35 minutes before our waiter said he'd be right back to take our drink orders. Another 23 minutes go by, and he passes he apologized and said we're next. Another 18 minutes pass, he finally stops at our table to find out what we wanted to drink was not available. He said he'd give us a few minutes to decide again and quickly went off before we could answer. Another 12 minutes go by, and he comes back with drinks for another table we had not ordered yet. Quickly he takes the drinks back and another 10 minutes go by were about ready to leave the table next to us sat down after us and had ready eaten and was getting there bill before we even had drink orders taken. Then, finally, he comes and welcomes us as if we had just gotten there. This guy looked so lost, but finally, we got our drinks, a mango drink, and a dr. Pepper. Took him 22 minutes to bring them. Were over two 2 hours at this place than he says, would you like a refill? My friend said yes, and he goes 8 minutes later and comes back with 2 cokes, so 2nd time, he brought us wrong drinks away he goes were starting to get frustrated and came very hungry finally he comes back with the right drinks and started to take our order he snached the menu from my hand so he read what the sides were so he could offer them as options. 39 minutes go by, and he finally brings us our food, and it's luke warm like it was waiting to be picked up awhile. We just dealt with it, afraid if he took it back, we'd be waiting forever again. 5 minutes go by. we've only taken a few bites, and he's dropping the bill at the table. Our drinks empty Luke warm food and we never see him again. We finished our breakfast, paid our bill, and headed for the restrooms. I got there early and went to the front to get a table so my dad could just walk in and sit down but was in line for the longest time waiting to be seated while employees were laughing and chit chatting in the back. The manager was the rudest, i didnt understand his attitude. There were people infront of me saying they had been there for a long time too while people walk past them, ignoring them. The manager was also ignoring us all and kept rolling his eyes. Not only did the waiter give us The wrong drinks, he never came back to switch it. He came by once and was there for half a second. I was in the middle of telling him the drinks were wrong but he took off anyway. If that wasn't enough, we waited over 40 minutes for the food that never came out. (mind you we were understanding of the short staff but the place didn't have many people) Since we spent all of my dad's lunch time waiting, he had to leave hungry and went to the front to pay for the wrong drink order. The manager insisted we tell him what we ordered so we could pay for the meal we NEVER even had. Then he had the Audacity to give my dad an attitude when my dad explained he just wanted to leave to go back to work and that he's not paying for a meal he didn't get then shooed my dad away. Read moreWe had server Lilliana. There were two of us, and both of us had 3 pancoins to redeem for a free short stack of pancakes. She immediately rolled her eyes. We explained to her that previously we redeemed a similar code at ihop and we had to sit at two different tables she said, no problem it will be fine to sit together. She said did we want any drinks or anything else, we said no and again she rolled her eyes and gave us an attitude. She comes back saying only one of the codes worked, I repeated what I said before about how the codes can’t be redeemed on the same ticket and asked for a manager. She talked over me explaining the situation as I was talking which was extremely rude. We waited 10 mins no manager came. We asked another server for the manager he said the manager was not in at the moment. She comes back saying she figured it out, brought us our food and did not say another word to us. Did not check on us, nothing. We even overheard her and another coworker talking about us. Unacceptable service. We were treated like non tippers from the beginning and we were made to feel uncomfortable being talked about, looking at eye rolls, and given attitude!!! Hopefully management can speak to this employee and she can work on her attitude for future customers of color!!!
