Worst fast food location I’ve ever been at. Being a fan of Taco Bell, I was excited to see this location open up. I order here an average of maybe 3-5 times a month. Ever since they opened up, they’ve screwed up my order at least 3-4 times. Some times the screw-up isn’t such a big deal and I just eat whatever I got. They once gave me the wrong order but it wasn’t disgusting so I still ate it and moved on. Today, however, they screwed it up 100%. It wasn’t even slightly close to what I asked for, AND it was disgusting — so I couldn’t even just bite my tongue and eat it when I got back home. I had to return it and get my right order, and the lady at the window — even though I was not rude to her in any way, shape, or form and she was the one who somehow screwed up my order, she was very rude to me. Here are more details… I put in a mobile order as I usually do, and told them my name at the speakers. When I got to the second window, the lady at the window was getting ready to hand me a drink which I never ordered. She was asking if I got so and so order, and I said no, I had the mobile order with the spicy potato tacos. She asked if it was for Tina, I said yes. She’s like, “OK, hold on…” and stepped away. So I held on… Then she came back and gave me a bag of food. Thinking no way in hell she screwed it up now because she JUST asked for my info and confirmed it back, I drove home. When I got home, I realized the tacos were really cold and hard tacos (mine were soft), I was really irritated, but didn’t want to waste time and gas driving back. So I continued to take it out. Then I realized the actual contents of the taco weren’t only what I didn’t ask for, but were everything I HATE. So I couldn’t even do what I normally do and just proceed with eating whatever. So I got pissed off. I decided it was worth driving back to at the very least get my correct order. When I got to the window, I told them I don’t know why they can’t get orders right and told them the situations. I didn’t say anything else and I did not disrespect anyone in any way further. They told me to drive to the window. The lady there (who was not capable of finding, lifting up, and handing over to me the correct order the first time around, handed me my correct order. I gave her the other one to please trash because I am moving and am not able to trash it at my place. She asked me to trash it at the trash can further up, saying “it’s right there baby” (I’m 26 about to get married) in a rude tone…I looked back at her trying to figure out why she can’t just take it, and before I could even respond or proceed to trash it, she snatched the bag very disrespectfully out of my hand and shut the windows, giving me a nasty look as she was closing the window. Finally, when I get home… pictured is how my new taco looked like. I guess they put the fillings in first then throw the taco in there as a side. Disgusting location. Thank God I never have to go there again.

This location does WHATEVER they want. Sign says open until 2am but they stop answering the speaker at 150am? My mom is a GM at another Taco Bell location and I know for a fact that is NOT ALLOWED. I placed a mobile order to pick up at 145am, there was a car in line when I arrived they waited then drove forward I assumed they had ordered so as I pulled up to request my mobile order and I hear the car in front of me honking their horn. I proceeded to wait and then I called the location several times. No answer. There were still cars in the parking lot and lights on inside. A car pulled in behind me blocking me in so I couldn't even leave. After about 5 mins of waiting we all drove off. If this was the first time this happened I wouldn't be bothered. But this happens OFTEN. They just recently changed to be open until 2am, but prior to that they would close at 10 11pm sometimes 9 o clock with no warning no sign posted saying why they closed early. As someone who works late nights I anticipated my order that night and placed it at 133am. So imagine driving home after working all day and stopping to get a order you already placed and no one answers. I did get the cancel confirmation on my order at 218am so someone was inside and approved the refund to my account. It's very annoying and I'm sure others have experienced this with this location as well.

Do not come here at night! There is a huge difference between the staff working during the day and the staff working at night. While the day shift generally gives pretty good service and makes the food pretty well, night shift couldn't care less about their jobs. The manager is incredibly rude, and probably should be on medication for the way she flys off the handle at the drop of a hat. Night shift will give you broken taco shells, with almost no ingredients claiming they're, "correctly proportioned" and the manager went off on me for saying these weren't acceptable. The tacos on the sides were both ubderstuffed and the one on the right had its shell already broken into several pieces. The middle one was a bit light, but ok. I'm not paying $2.50 for empty, broken, tacos shells

Aweful experience with the woman working window tonight 11/17 @1:36 am. She didn't give me eye contact. She had attitude. She looked upset with us. I asked for a 5 layer burrito with potatoes instead of meat and she made us wait in the parking lot instead of at the window. We checked our burritos before we left because we knew she was upset and rude and I had a feeling she would mess up our order. She did. She gave us two tortillas with cheese and potatoes only. She handed us off the food and didn't even look at me again. I am Muslim hijabi and I take it that she doesn't like me for that because what else would it be? My husband and I were very polite to her. When we went back to get the order corrected, she had them fix our order but still wasn't polite. Then we get home and the burritos didn't have rice which I was under the impression they do. I could be wrong. Anyway, do better. Why on earth should WE feel like a burden to your restaurant when YOU ALL sell the SERVICE? We aren't beggers. We paid for our service and got...
