I have been to this Jack in the box several times . I have experienced poor service and disarray of the interior on many occasions . The dining room is usually needing to be cleaned and the men's restroom is always very hot in there and usually out if paper towels and dirty . My last visit was not any better . It was around 11:00 pm I went through the drive thru and placed my order . Soon receiving , I asked the girl if my order was complete . She replied yes . I drove around to the front to eat . I opened my bag and examined the contents . It was not complete . I got out and had my order and receipt in hand and knocked on the front door . It was locked . I got the attention of two employees and yelled through the door that my order was incomplete . They said I had to go back through the drive thru . There was a lot of cars in line . I chose to go around on foot to the window and promptly get their attention . I explained to the girl that handed me my order that she was wrong and I was not going to wait in line for them to correct it . I told them I no longer care to bother with correcting this issue and I wanted my money back . It took a few minutes to make that happen after a conversation with the girl and her supervisor . I ended up getting a refund . When handing me my money , she was not careful and ended dropping my coins on the ground . A car was in the drive thru and some went under the car . I had to wait for it to move . In the meantime the girl told me to get away from the window . I told her she needed to give me my change otherwise I would wait for the car to move . I waited . I pulled up with my friend to order the stacked grilled cheese combo, some poppers and his order of 2 chicken sandwiches add ham, sub Swiss. We pull up to the window and he asks would it be possible to add a third chicken? They say no you can’t at the window. Which is fine. And he said why not? They said because there is a line. I look behind us and there is one car, maybe 2 if I didn’t see one at the menu. He then asked to speak with a manager. She came up with a smirk and was overly dismissive of everything he was saying, not even letting him complete a full sentence to her. To the point I had to step in and ask her for the names of the guy at the window and her name because this was unacceptable behavior. She slammed the window on us and proceeded to walk to the expo line talking to the cooks, I assume, and pointing at our car as she wrote down the names of the guy working the window and herself. She gave it to the guy working the window and then he put it in the bag. He handed it to us and they slammed the door shut on us while we were trying to ask about ranch being in the bag for poppers. We drove off to find they didn’t give us his second sandwich that we clearly asked for or the ranch which was discussed when we ordered initially that they constantly forget. Called to complain and was told there's no manager til 7am and the woman talking to me about my compliant says "f%*÷k you b%÷/ch" to me!!! Will NEVER go to this location again!! That's such rude and offensive language from someone in public service!! I will be in the restaurant at 7am tomorrow when the manager will be there. Called back and asked for corporate number and got the run around. I can't believe I could not get the number. When I asked for her name I was told "I can't give that to you, she's just a team leader". Worst Jack in the Box EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went back up and into the dining room and at counter asked about/for this person...the young woman with black n red long hair came to the counter and when I asked if she was the one who said "FU B" to me...her 1st response was "can we step outside"...
