Visited this location 1st week of November 2024, which was my first time at this location. I ordered a Reuben the great and a Club Royale. The Club was good, but the Reuben was mostly a sauerkraut sandwich with some Pastrami. Which was a surprise, because their corporate website states that the Reuben comes with 1/2 pound of corned beef. You can see from the picture, I did not get a 1/2 pound of corned beef. I took a bite of the Reuben and was shocked at how much Sauerkraut was on it. So much sauerkraut, I literally could not taste anything else. Then, I removed 75% of the sauerkraut and tried it again, and that is when I tasted the Pastrami. I had to go back and look at the menu, and found the store menu which states their Reuben's come with corned beef or pastrami. I am little upset at the lady that took my order, and never bothered to ask me, which I wanted. She just assumed it was Pastrami. I also got 2 bags of chips, plain ruffles. But on their website, they basically have like 10 varieties of chips you can choose. And the lady did not ask me about that. Overall, the Club was good, but completely disappointed about how badly the Reuben was made, and how their staff don't appear to care about your order, or ask the obvious questions, when you...
Read moreI’ve been to the location a couple times for dinner since it opened I love Jason’s Deli and was beyond excited when they opened this location close to my home. However this week I went for dinner there on Tuesday with my 19 month old son the young girls VERY friendly offering my son a color sheet and conversations with him and were approached by a “trainer” and told to stop chit chatting with my son and get to work. (And not in a nice tone) I didn’t say anything at first but then as I was ordering she continued to interrupt me telling the young lady who was taking my order that she was doing it wrong (in an annoyed tone) I finally asked her to let me finish ordering and stop being rude to the young lady she stepped away and another trainer came to assist he was just as rude and proceeded to inform the young lady she was entering order wrong then realized that she was right because I’d asked for the sandwich a certain way. He didn’t apologize to her instead walked away to tell another group of girls they were wrong smh. The staff isn’t the problem at this location the trainers are. Hopefully they won’t be at this location long because they are going to drive away customers with...
Read moreWe’ve been dining at Jason’s for over 30 years. Back when we got a free cookie for posting a review. Too cheap to do that these days. We dine at this location regularly. It has the same problem as almost every other Jason’s we’ve dined at in DFW. Lincoln Square is the one exception. It is uncomfortably cold. Even before dining wasn’t allowed, there was a sparse crowd because of the cold. We wear coats to dine in. We don’t eat takeout anywhere and besides, if you’re going to have a dining room, make it comfortable. This one is miserable all year around. This one trip through the salad bar is a ripoff. If you have a tossed salad then forget the chocolate mousse and just dump the humus on the edge of the plate. We’re already wearing gloves. Why can’t we get a fresh plate like the old days? Yeah, maybe somebody might reuse a plate, but that’s just an excuse. You could monitor that, if you wanted to. It just isn’t what it used to be and like so many other businesses, using the pandemic to save some money. A dollar discount off the unlimited bar for a one time through and tell me you’re not making a lot more money off...
