Honestly, I only came here to today because I don’t eat Pizza Hut regularly and forgot that I disliked this location. I ordered my meal tonight, my boyfriend picks it up, comes home I start trying to eat….DISAPPOINTING‼️ I ordered the $7 deal and got a medium pepperoni & Bacon pizza and then a personal pan of chicken Alfredo. No one the Alfredo box…DRYYYYY, like and not hot. Seemed as though it had been out a while, then I got the tavern pizza, said okay let’s see if this will help…..felt like biting into CARDBOARD. So I called, very polite almost jokingly just ask for the manager, she’s already on. I tell her that I’m disappointed, she’s asked what’s wrong so I explain my woes. She huffs and puffs and says hold on. Hangs up and then when I call back she she asks if I want it remade or credited. We’re hungry so I asked for it to be remade. I also asked if we could get the pizza changed because I didn’t know the pizza I ordered was going to be thin crusted..I did choose that. She says yea. NOW this whole encounter was AWEFUL the managers attitude sucked, didn’t give her name, no customer service. Anyways my boyfriend goes back to pick the food up, this lady is holding the food out before he even walks in the door. Her name tag is NOW gone when she had it on originally, and she doesn’t even say a word to him. Where is the customer service? She didn’t even make sure he was there for my order. Noticed the pizza didn’t have bacon at all. But when I asked my boyfriend how was her attitude and if it was worth it to go back AGAIN he said no her attitude was so bad, the way she shoved it at him, stared at him and then didn’t speak the whole time, he said it wasn’t even worth it at this point. Sickening….i cannot believe that is a manager! Your hospitality, customer service, even decency or common sense would remind you you’re at work, even if you hate it there that’s where you have to work…why be a prude when all we’re trying to do is get our moneys worth, Get what we actually ordered and trying to be cool at that. Never coming here again. Maybe not even Pizza...
Read moreThis place is terrible. I went on vacation and ordered pizza on our last night since funds were beginning to run low and I had a free pizza in my account. I ordered 2 pizzas, a cookie, and 2 drinks. It arrived over and hour and a half late. The pizza boxes were crushed and soggy. The crust of the pizza was soggy as if he had dropped our pizza in a puddle. The pizzas themselves were very cold and the cheese was hard as a brick. Ultimately, we went to bed hungry because the pizzas were inedible.
The delivery driver showed up and told me my total. I told him I paid with my debit card and he told me it must not have went through and I needed to pay cash. I gave him all the money ($31.00) in my husbands wallet to cover the $29.00 order. I told him that was all the tip he was going to get since they did not run my debit card and I didn't have any other cash. After all... WE WERE ON VACATION. As soon as he left I checked my account and YES they ran my card. I called the store and the manager on duty told me he would refund my debit card and my funds would be in there within 3 business days. Thats great except for 3 days they had $60 of my money and I couldnt even eat the food. They sent me a free LG pizza coupon, but go figure it can only be used at the place where I placed me order. HA!! I was on vacation, and do you think I would EVER use this place again. HECK NO!!! Terrible food and even worse service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!!!! I love Pizza Hut, but this place...
Read moreI really don’t know how a powerhouse corporation loses its standing. Cutting costs on supplies, overextending locations, hiring a new ad company, promotional programs that managers can’t really work- but Pizza Hut is following the pathway of Toys R Us, Blockbuster and AOL.
I’m going to avoid my usual florid word choices and just tell you, I paid almost $70.00 for a recent delivery. It was 45 minutes late. The Food was room temperature. 2 Cold drinks were missing. And a dessert item was doubled.
BTW can anyone tell me what a delivery cost is? And why would the drivers tip default to 18%? Tips are to insure promptness. It didn’t work this time.
The driver was not really an employee, she was hired on by another company and could offer no explanation except - “This is what they gave me.” Along with, “Sorry it’s late.” And, “You can go on the website and let them know”.
Going back on that wonky website is the last thing I wanted to do, I’d almost rather eat room temperature food and apologize to my buddies for the poor culinary turn out.
I called the store, but no one would talk to me ( it just rang ) so here I am letting all you fine people in cyber space know about it. A loss of quality control is sometimes accidental, but I also think it’s because the employees really don’t care. I’d guess further that the employees don’t care because they think their...
