I really don’t know how a powerhouse corporation loses its standing. Cutting costs on supplies, overextending locations, hiring a new ad company, promotional programs that managers can’t really work- but Pizza Hut is following the pathway of Toys R Us, Blockbuster and AOL. I’m going to avoid my usual florid word choices and just tell you, I paid almost $70.00 for a recent delivery. It was 45 minutes late. The Food was room temperature. 2 Cold drinks were missing. And a dessert item was doubled. BTW can anyone tell me what a delivery cost is? And why would the drivers tip default to 18%? Tips are to insure promptness. It didn’t work this time. The driver was not really an employee, she was hired on by another company and could offer no explanation except - “This is what they gave me.” Along with, “Sorry it’s late.” And, “You can go on the website and let them know”. Going back on that wonky website is the last thing I wanted to do, I’d almost rather eat room temperature food and apologize to my buddies for the poor culinary turn out. I called the store, but no one would talk to me ( it just rang ) so here I am letting all you fine people in cyber space know about it. A loss of quality control is sometimes accidental, but I also think it’s because the employees really don’t care. I’d guess further that the employees don’t care because they think their bosses don’t care.

I'll be fully honest: I'm not the kind to leave reviews. But I'm doing this for the sake of the business. I stopped ordering from this place three years ago since the food made me ill to my stomach twice. Today I tried it again because I've been to other places in the last several months and the pizzas and ingredients have been excellent. Unfortunately, this time was no different. I ordered two personal supreme pizzas and a New York pizza. The personal pizzas tasted unlike any other Pizza Hut. The food and toppings tasted old and ruined. I was quite disappointed since the supreme is my personal fave. To be totally honest, the New York Pizza tasted like cardboard. The bread was falling apart, as if the dough had been left out for too long and not refrigerated correctly. And the cheese and pepperoni tasted terrible. I am from New York, yet the $1 pizza from downtown, which is infamous for tasting like cardboard, tastes better. I am leaving this review for the betterment of this establishment. And, unfortunately, I will never order from this Pizza Hut ever again.

Let me start off by saying this isn't the location I usually go to. My nearest location is the one on Camp wisdom gp. But I accidentally placed my online order at this location. So after having to realize my mistake after arriving at the other location I drove and arrived to the correct spot. The pizza was cold but that was because it took me so long to pick it up. The total for my 3 pizzas was $31.26 I just signed the receipt as usual and left. I usually never leave a tip if I'm picking up my pizza. And this time was no different. Well today 5/4/25 I was checking my bank app and I saw that I was charged $36.26... I went back to double check my email for the order I placed and it was indeed $31.26. I repeat I did not leave a tip. I think there is a worker there writing in false tips. I do leave my tip line blank so it's possible they wrote in $5. I don't think I will go fight it but I will definitely never return to that location. Watch what you get charged there are thieves working there.

Honestly, I only came here to today because I don’t eat Pizza Hut regularly and forgot that I disliked this location. I ordered my meal tonight, my boyfriend picks it up, comes home I start trying to eat….DISAPPOINTING‼️ I ordered the $7 deal and got a medium pepperoni & Bacon pizza and then a personal pan of chicken Alfredo. No one the Alfredo box…DRYYYYY, like and not hot. Seemed as though it had been out a while, then I got the tavern pizza, said okay let’s see if this will help…..felt like biting into CARDBOARD. So I called, very polite almost jokingly just ask for the manager, she’s already on. I tell her that I’m disappointed, she’s asked what’s wrong so I explain my woes. She huffs and puffs and says hold on. Hangs up and then when I call back she she asks if I want it remade or credited. We’re hungry so I asked for it to be remade. I also asked if we could get the pizza changed because I didn’t know the pizza I ordered was going to be thin crusted..I did choose that. She says yea. NOW this whole encounter was AWEFUL the managers attitude sucked, didn’t give her name, no customer service. Anyways my boyfriend goes back to pick the food up, this lady is holding the food out before he even walks in the door. Her name tag is NOW gone when she had it on originally, and she doesn’t even say a word to him. Where is the customer service? She didn’t even make sure he was there for my order. Noticed the pizza didn’t have bacon at all. But when I asked my boyfriend how was her attitude and if it was worth it to go back AGAIN he said no her attitude was so bad, the way she shoved it at him, stared at him and then didn’t speak the whole time, he said it wasn’t even worth it at this point. Sickening….i cannot believe that is a manager! Your hospitality, customer service, even decency or common sense would remind you you’re at work, even if you hate it there that’s where you have to work…why be a prude when all we’re trying to do is get our moneys worth, Get what we actually ordered and trying to be cool at that. Never coming here again. Maybe not even Pizza...

This place is terrible. I went on vacation and ordered pizza on our last night since funds were beginning to run low and I had a free pizza in my account. I ordered 2 pizzas, a cookie, and 2 drinks. It arrived over and hour and a half late. The pizza boxes were crushed and soggy. The crust of the pizza was soggy as if he had dropped our pizza in a puddle. The pizzas themselves were very cold and the cheese was hard as a brick. Ultimately, we went to bed hungry because the pizzas were inedible.

The delivery driver showed up and told me my total. I told him I paid with my debit card and he told me it must not have went through and I needed to pay cash. I gave him all the money ($31.00) in my husbands wallet to cover the $29.00 order. I told him that was all the tip he was going to get since they did not run my debit card and I didn't have any other cash. After all... WE WERE ON VACATION. As soon as he left I checked my account and YES they ran my card. I called the store and the manager on duty told me he would refund my debit card and my funds would be in there within 3 business days. Thats great except for 3 days they had $60 of my money and I couldnt even eat the food. They sent me a free LG pizza coupon, but go figure it can only be used at the place where I placed me order. HA!! I was on vacation, and do you think I would EVER use this place again. HECK NO!!! Terrible food and even worse service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!!!! I love Pizza Hut, but this place...
