I had a truly disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location. From the moment we walked in, the cashier, Nat, showed absolutely no customer service. She didn’t greet or acknowledge us, and when I politely brought it to her attention, she completely dismissed me and continued with a disrespectful attitude.
What made the situation even worse was how it escalated. Nat went to speak with another staff member, who claimed to be the manager, and the two of them stood in the corner gossiping, laughing, pointing at our table, and openly taunting us while we were trying to eat. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unacceptable behavior.
When I asked to speak with the store manager, he did come out, apologized for the incident, and said he would speak with Nat. However, Nat continued to laugh during the conversation, showing no accountability or professionalism.
To make matters worse, the other manager, when made aware of the situation, failed to acknowledge me at all—she never apologized or even approached us. Instead, she stood with Nat, engaging in the same inappropriate behavior, gossiping and pointing at our table.

For starters I personally ordered chicken enchiladas and fries which took over 39 Minutes asked for extra salsa and didn’t Get it , beans were cold when food finally came and rice had lots of hard bits like they mixed new and old. Back fo the quesadilla , he ate 2 pieces claiming the cheese tasted weird I brushed it off until I decided to try and eat some of his while waiting for my food to arrive to the table .i opened it to fill it with salsa and veggies , i saw the cheese wasn’t fully melted and wanted do take some out . Which is where I picked out CHUNKS OF CHEESE WITH A BLUE AMS WHITE COLOR . It was Mold in the quesadilla , I immediately bought it to the staff member , she took the tray towards the kitchen area and came back claiming they didn’t know what it was . The taste was a little different from other places I had tried. I prefer the other places. I also had the steak fajita plate. I ordered it with Mexican rice, refried beans, corn tortillas and of course, the meat. It was served with a lot of meat. I wasn't sure if I could finish it all. But, I did. I did add 2 red salsa and lime. Everything tasted great. The only complaint I have, is how it's plated. You get it on a tin rectangular plate. The plate wax paper like lining and the meat rests on aluminum lining on top of the wax paper.
