So I was excited to try Beijing kitchen for the first time soon as I entered the building, lack of customer service Lady working the register, which I think is the manager or one of the managers or owners very bad customer service, but I was excited to try it for the first time so I goes to place my order she was rude had very talent facial expressions like I Was aggravating or annoying her so I still decided to keep ordering my food, my food came up to $41 and some change. Remember, I was there around lunchtime for the lunchtime specials so not only was she rude She double charged me and then give me the incorrect pricing, for the lunchtime specials so disappointing I'm thinking if she did me like that without the correct pricing, how many other people coming in around lunch and dinner time not receiving the lunchtime special prices so the food wasn't bad at all just lack of customer service not a very friendly place to be a Chinese restaurant and not receiving the right pricing that I was supposed to receive I'm still a little bit upset because like I said I paid $41 and some change when I should of been paying between 22 to $25 dollars remind you the lunchtime specials is $10.50 cent I ordered General TSO's chicken with fried rice and also sesame chicken with fried rice I feel like they should still give me half my money back but the way they customer service is set up no way good luck if you still decide to visit here, here is the lunchtime menu that I was supposed to receive...
Read moreI’m new to GR .. I ordered from Beijing Kitchen for the first time a week ago and there was no issue. I call in tonight at 8:55 - I ask what Thai Fried Rice is - I’m placed on hold while the worker said he was asking. The hold takes 3 mins and I’ve decided I’ll get what I asked about so I hang up call back, a new worker tells me they can’t take my order because they are closing. I say okay. The first worker I spoke to calls me back and asks if I want the Thai Fried Rice - I say yes and I’m told my total amount and it’ll be ready in 20 min. He then tells me he can’t take my order because they are closing. I say your website says 10pm and I originally called at 8:55. He then allows my order and says 20 min. He calls me back as I’m putting my shoes on and says, “sorry for the misinformation but we are closing” .. I ask to speak with the manager and he hangs up on me .. talk about ridiculously poor decision making on literally every front of customer service. Two separate occasions I was told my order’s total amount, ready in 20 min and then subsequently told that they would not make my order. The call back telling me not to come for food I’ve now ordered twice at this point is extremely toxic and the worst Asian Restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Do better and treat your customers right. Your store owner owes me an apology BIG time and I’m not even joking. I will leave a bad review weekly until this happens. Read moreI will never go there again. Their food was good but the woman behind the counter was rude to me or just could not understand English. I had a very hard time understanding her so I almost just turned around and left. All l wanted was a spicy pork dish.I looked up at the overhead menu and I do not see ANYTHING saying Hunan or Szechuan Pork. The overhead menu has letters and numbers next to the items like "H1, H2, ..." and the printed menu does not. The items on their overhead menu do not match the printed ones. I said I was confused. It seems she did not understand me. her voice was very loud and sort of hurt my ears making it even harder to understand her.
I suggest that this restaurant:
NOT have the overhead menu different from the printer one you give out and perhaps this being the case maybe UNDERSTAND why some customers do NOT understand.
Hire someone that works up front with customers that can speak and comprehend English well enough to the customers to understand them and does not have a thick accent.
Tell the people that work there that even if they louder they still can't be understood. I could not understand you the first time why would saying the same unintelligible phrase louder make understand you any better? I am NOT deaf I just CAN'T understand you.
From this day forward any place that has a person working there that I can not understand them when they "attempt" to speak English I will not buy their product or...
