The app is confusing on a few items... tonight I ordered a 2-topping Superhero XL Pizza. It was pictured with sausage and pepperoni, so after clicking on it I added it to the order. Apparently you have to add the 2 toppings you want, or they send it out as a cheese only pizza! I called the location and explained my issue to the manager. I was NOT looking for a new pizza or a full refund. As a matter of fact I suggested since I didn't get my 2 toppings that I simply be refunded $2 (a dollar per topping). Sounds reasonable, right!?! WRONG... I was told that it was my fault for not checking my order better, and told, "what is your problem, your still getting a good deal"!!! He actually tried to explain to me that an XL Cheese pizza is normally $18 and that I needed to just be happy that I got the sale price of $12!! I will NOT be going back to this location.
Food was fine. Delivery driver was great and friendly!! My only problem is the manager who has 0 customer service skills....
A $2 refund and an "I'm sorry for the confusion on our App", and I would have been 100% satisfied... it's not about the $2... it is the principle...
Read moreI had a truly disappointing experience at Papa John's. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the service was far from satisfactory. The worker didn't acknowledge us and when she did, she left for over 10 minutes in the back, leaving us feeling neglected.
To make matters worse, a DoorDash driver was also present, waiting for her order over an hour later. It was evident that something was seriously amiss in the store. The lack of communication, organization, and care from the staff was disheartening.
The absence of any apparent management only added to our frustration. The overall atmosphere of the store left much to be desired, and it felt chaotic and unprofessional. I can't help but think that this is not the kind of service that Shaq would be proud of.

Read moreI ordered a pickup order through the app at 6:18 pm on a Friday night, estimated pickup 6:40. Got there at 6:35 and there was a line of people waiting to pickup their order. Apparently their oven wasn’t heating properly so there was a bit of a backup. I went to the register and informed them I had a pickup, signed the receipt and patiently waited…. For the next HOUR. I should have gotten a refund and left earlier but I was really craving papa John’s and wanted to give them a shot at making it. Hour comes, I ask and apparently they hadn’t even made my order yet. Was not even made. I left hungry with no food and 1 hour of my life wasted that I won’t get back.
