CONE CITY — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

I was in on May 17th, me and 2 other people. My total bill was $20.10. And what I ordered was a large lemon twist in a waffle cone. And the first thing that I didn't like was the fact that she passed me the ice cream cone without a napkin around the cone. After I receive the call, I naptime the window to get some napkins and I also asked her. Was that a large cone? She looked at me then looked at another person. And asked was that a large cone and they said yes, and I also said, is this a waffle cone? They said yes, I know the difference that was not a waffle cone unless unless it was a very small waffle cone.But to make things worse, someone else order.Ed at home and I'm looking at it and it was the same size.As what I got after all.I paid $5.95 for a large limit. Twist plus a dollar for the waffle cone which didn't look like a waffle cone to me. It looked like a sugarcomb make a long story short. I wasn't not happy but seeing how I live on the Northeastern town. And we were out just cruising around and decide to check out your place. Yes I don't know what to say but thank you...

This was my first visit here and I’m unsure I’ll be back. I ordered a lemon twist soft serve chocolate dipped cone. So many things wrong. They gave me plain lemon, not lemon twist. The chocolate magic shell they dipped it in is either low quality or they didn’t give me enough because after it hardened it left holes that leaked all over the ice cream. They handed me the ice cream dripping all over my hand with no napkins. I had to get back in line, making a sticky mess, to get napkins. Would have taken a pic for proof but did not want to get ice cream all over my phone. The ice cream itself was awful. I’m really not trying to be rude, just honest. It tasted like a water slushy. We've always come here to get something sweet. However, this time, they have chosen to do things differently with their sundaes. I stood there for a few minutes waiting on them to finish their conversation as they didn't acknowledge us as we were the ONLY ones standing there at that time! My daughter asked for a vanilla ice cream cone, and they gave it to her in a cup. I asked for a particular sundae, and all of the TOPPINGS were on the bottom of the ice cream.
