Boost Mobile — Local services in Grand Rapids

I have been with boost Mobile for almost 15yrs. I am sad to say this week I am done. It is literally on your website that I am not signed into a contract and that I am allowed to switch my plan as I choose yet you refuse to allow me to switch back to a month to month plan instead of the 3 month at a time plan. I tried to fix this through customer service before my service was interrupted and you refused stating no plan is available for me to switch to and that I am stuck with the 3 month plan despite never signing a contract stating I'm not allowed to switch or that I am always going to stick with that plan. I tried to fix this over the phone w normal customer service as well as with an apparent supervisor and in the store yesterday (my last attempt after being talked to like crap and told I'm forced to stay w a plan on a phone I do NOT have a contract with. I have been having customer service issues with you since you suspended my phone service last summer for absolutely no reason when I was paid up for months ahead of time. Worst customer service IMO at this point and definitely the only prepaid phone service that won't allow you to switch plans despite not being a contract phone that states you can do just that on their website. DONE!!! ID GIVE YOU A ZERO IF I COULD!! I want to add, this store had a note on the door stating they went to the restroom and would be back in 5 minutes. Oh my gosh Thank you so much Mica!!, the incident on Boost Mobile Leonard street where my son went to upgrade his phone on my account and he had no upgrade and the man at the store under new management took my daughters upgrade and upgraded his phone my son walked out with my daughters number, this situation was terrible and WHO helped me through this? The lady here, That I’m sure is named Mica. (I hope I spelled her name right) was absolutely fantastic, she helped me through EVERY step of the way and listened to me with patience and understanding. I managed to get my daughter’s phone number rightfully back to her phone. The lady knew what the man working in boost mobile Leonard street was completely wrong, saying that I had to wait 2 weeks for what?! He shouldn’t have made that transaction in the first place without my daughters permission on switching her phone number to my sons phone. Without Mica here, I would have been in HUGE trouble if it wasn’t for this woman! She deserves credit all the way for her hard work in providing her customers, she did all the work for me which save me so much stress and distress, she even is working to give my $50 dollars back that I paid in this incident which is so amazing, she is so WHOLESOME. Shout out to Mo at the Boost Mobile store on Plainfield. I went in for a new phone and new service plan and he set me up with exactly what I wanted. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t want. He was very knowledgeable about all the phones and plans they offered, and my favorite thing was how he walked me through how much I would be paying to get started and what my bill would be in the future. I purchased the plan and phone that was right for me along with some accessories and he took care of everything else. Set my phone up, put the screen protector on, and put the case on.
