Great standard burger.
Burger (Double Cheeseburger) - $9.50: The burger was good quality and large for the price. Everything tasted fresh. It was made to order and therefore took 15 minutes. While it did not have anything special about it, it was VERY good and organized in it’s final product.
The burger patties were either close to quarter pound or slightly under and were very juicy. The patty was cooked perfectly. The toppings were fresh and crisp. The cheese was melty and very good. You can choose the cheese on it and everything else. The mustard was slightly heavier than the ketchup on this one, but still kept in a delicious balance. The bun was just right for this ensemble.
One major complaint: I asked for no pickles, but got lots of juicy pickles. The pickle flavor was therefore throughout the burger as a result. When ordering, after specifying no pickle, I asked what other toppings were on the burger and she even repeated back “pickle (but not on yours).” It was not too busy when I stopped, so I am not sure where the breakdown was. I am guessing it was missed in the kitchen.
Their menu is quite extensive.
Service: Order at the counter. My burger took 15 minutes, so I would recommend ordering ahead. They were kind but matter of fact. I could tell that they were close knit with the locals, though. They seemed to be geared more for delivery orders.
Atmosphere: No seating for dine in, but several chairs for waiting. The customer area is painted in bold yet bright blue paint with artistic pieces of historic, cultural, and even children’s art. It was clean, though it is a tad rough around the edges. The menu is displayed on several screens. The customer area is about 10’ x 20’.
Conclusion: I would recommend their burger. It was definitely good quality for the price.

Read moreFirst visit today, I'm an avid fan of wings and have yet to find wings in GR that really satisfy. I can finally say I've found my go-to spot. My biggest issue with other wing joints is their focus on their sauces at the expense of the chicken. Too often, wing restaurants have small wing sizes, over cook their chicken or simply have dry meat. Wing Heaven has good chicken that is moist and can stand alone without any sauce. That alone would be enough to make them stand out. Fortunately though, their sauces also happen to be amazing. Great flavor, good heat, and well coated. I had the spicy garlic and honey heaven, two flavors I can't recommend enough. My only complaint was the lack of variety in types of wings provided. In my order of 15 wings, I had 14 drummies and but one flat. I'd like to see a more even mix of drummies and flats. In addition, the fries were soft and soggy. Having said that, the fries came with the wing meal and were not the reason I went there in the first place. Minus 1/2 star for poor wing variety and poor fries. That being said, I shall undoubtedly be returning! And if you're a wing fan, you should as well!
Edit: Since my initial visit three months prior, I have returned to nearly a dozen times. Since then my previous complaint of not enough variety in wing types has since been remedied. Both drummies and flats have since been present in equal quantities. Review since updated to 5-stars. Thanks...

The smiles on the faces or the fingers reaching in the bags of to-go orders likely says it all. The food is simply GOOD. Your order is taken with a few suggestions added if you require assistance and in a short time your food comes to you hot, freshly prepared and delicious. If you're in Grand Rapids seek them out and try the wings for sure but don't overlook the menu. Have a cup of Kool Aid wash it down.
