McDonald's — Restaurant in Grand Terrace

Either the staff at this McDonalds can't get it together, or they slaughter all cows on the spot for their burgers, and make all dairy products fresh from the cow when you order them. This is THE SLOWEST McDonalds around. The last couple times we've gone thru the drive thru for ice cream we've gotten stuck in the absurd line only to be told when we go to order that they were not serving ice cream cones at that time. To avoid that insanity, today we got out of the car and walked into the restaurant; figuring this would avoid us waiting in the long drive-thru and running the chance they were once again not serving ice cream. We placed our order through the kiosk, but were paying cash so we had to wait to make our payment. About 5 minutes later, we paid the cashier and proceed to wait for our cones. About 20 minutes later we were FINALLY handed our two cones. Simply ridiculous. The poor person that ordered after us was waiting for a parfait....all a crew member had to do was open a refridgerator... nope, customer still had to wait. THE HORROR! Just got out of the drive thru! Now the person who took our order is great! She got the special sweet tea with 3 creamers! After waiting 12mins, the New Travis Scott meal was not in the bag or our drinks. I understand that we want to save on putting everything in one bag but after being burned by my local McDonald's far too many times didn't matter that the bag is tearing apart cuz I will double check my order! This McDonald's previously shorted me two Big Macs if I havent checked the bag before I left! It happens far too often, husband got shorted a filet fish at this drive thru as well he had to go inside to get it...Both times, Staff did not apologize and looked at us as though we were making a big deal about correcting their customer service mistakes. Shame on you for not checking. SO BEWARE, always double check when they hand...

I normally do not write these. But it is very frustrating that this is not the first time to happen. I have let it go in the past. But this is just not right.

When someone asks for extra ketchup and pickles on their Cheeseburger, and the order comes with no ketchup or pickles???! I am curious as to what is the point of asking for extra of anything if they are just going to ignore the customer outright. I attempted to call the store back as soon as I realized this mistake, and no one could answer the phone for twenty minutes. I would really like for our orders to be what they are. It is bad enough that we are given 1 sauce or 1 ketchup on top of our 20$ order. I'd happily cook at home. But when I want a McDonald's order, I'd hope to at least receive close to what...
