Love the food, the reason for 3 stars has just been service at this point. The other day I placed an online order around 8 pm and it gave a pickup time of like 15 minutes, so I waited 20 just in case and when I showed up it was dead. One girl was just sitting on her phone and another just wandering aimlessly while my order receipt sat on the counter, they hadn't even started making the two subs. I then had to wait another 5+ minutes for them, no line, nothing else going on. For two subs...
Then today I figured, it had to be a one off, whatever. Nope, this time I even waited longer before I drove to get them . Then when I got there waited another 10 minutes. In pretty sure they gave my food to the wrong person but who knows but I overheard them talking to another customer about giving them the wrong order.
Like I said, love the food but the service, particularly the online ordering experience is BAD. Employees have been fine for the most part. I dont expect FREAKY FAST but damn its just sandwiches, not like they are cooking a 4...

First to be served are the walk-in order pick-ups. Grill guy has to stay at the grill, so, he cannot multi-task apparently. But, here's my biggest problem. If you order the Jersey #2 'giant' at $16.69 (sandwich only), for only .30 cents more, at $16.99, you can get an 8oz sirloin steak dinner with two sides at the Texas Roadhouse! That makes no sense whatsoever. Prime example of how fast food is jacking up prices to meet inflation expectations of customers. They are training you to pay higher prices no matter what. Many of my coworkers were eating there and seemingly enjoying their lunches so I gave them another chance. I am very happy to have done so. First off I ordered using the app. Very simple to use. I arrived 5 minutes before the promised time, and was greeted with a smile, and my sub in a bag ready to go.
