Myself and my family will typically eat out at this specific qdoba at least 2-3 times a week and it's typically good as long as you order in person if you go online it's alright. Went in tonight with some family in from out of town right at 8 p.m. we started ordering and ordered a kids 3 cheese nachos and was told we had to have chips on the bottom which is not true for the normal qdoba that they frequent and I've personally ordered it before at this location many times and they have no problem putting queso then all my toppings and chips on the side and she said I can let you order a mini bowl but I will not allow you to put the queso on the bottom and she said it with such attitude and we simply asked why and she went off and started saying that it's been like that for over a year and that is the way it is so then when I got up to order I told her hey I've noticed that in the past like very recently within the last 2 weeks that I have ordered that meal just how the person in my group was ordering without a second thought. And again she had a certain aggravated tone and told me that I was wrong and that it hadn't happened in their store I don't know why she was arguing with me I also don't understand why my rice has to go in before my queso. In the second portion of the line the gentleman stated that she was just explaining the policy which was fine and again I told him why is it different seemingly every time I come in here and he said that she was a manager and she new the policy. Then we got to the checkout and that person was also a manager and we told her that the other manager was very rude and the way she explained it was very unkind. And she proceded to tell us that was her best friend and she was not going to allow us to say that about her best her friend which was the other manager. And she was rude and unkind in the way she handled the situation so I stepped up and stated that what she is saying is very likely true but the way she handled it was not appropriate and she had an attitude. And the manager at the checkout said you know what I'm not gonna be able to serve you tonight and I'm going to have to ask you to leave. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing I hope qdoba takes a step to get consumer friendly management as well as management that properly informs all of it's members of the way that they should be handling food orders that way there is no back and forth on what...

Let me start by saying I love Qdoba. I’ve been going there 1-3 times a week for the last 6 years or so, I’ve been to a lot of Qdobas. This one location in particular is the worst I’ve ever been to. I only go here because it’s the closest one to my house. I’ve been to this one at least 10 times and have found issues almost every time. Here’s some examples:
Planning is terrible, one time I went in they were out of white rice, brown rice, black beans AND chicken. It’s the bulk of your orders, how can you run out?!!
Chips are way too salty every time compared to all the other Qdobas I’ve been to.
Lettuce is inconsistently cut to the point where I get a piece of lettuce every time that’s the size of my hand.
Actually, everything is cut inconsistently, full cilantro stems are not fun to eat, nor is a large chunk of chicken fat. Train your employees to take their time cutting to get consistency, they will naturally get faster with practice!
Guacamole is brown almost every time with huge chunks of avocado in it.
The serving area is always a mess and the ingredients are mixed in other bins all the time
I was told one time I was going to be charged for chips with my burrito bowl (they come with it). She flat out told me I was wrong after I mentioned they come with it at every other Qdoba. I ended up getting charged for it...
The employees typically seem not happy to be there and are a bit sassy.
Qdoba is a great chain to get a quick delicious bite to eat, don’t let this franchise ruin your view of Qdoba! Go the extra few miles to another one I guarantee you it’ll be...
Read moreA couple weekends ago now my sister was visiting and we decided to have qdoba delivered to us through grubhub. When we got our food, something smelled a bit off but we didn’t really think anything of it until we bit into our burritos. What we tasted was THEE nastiest, most horrifying thing I’ve ever experienced... I am not kidding or exaggerating when I say that these burritos tasted like biting into a burrito filled with cigarettes... at first we were pissed thinking that the driver who delivered to us may have smoked an excessive amount in his car causing it to somehow make the food taste so horrifying, but we went through our burritos to figure out what it was and found that the black beans were beyond burnt, there were literally chunks of CHARCOAL in the burnt black beans!! I have no idea how that even happens, they must’ve scraped the burnt beans off a bottom of a pan but these were so beyond burnt I cannot believe they served that to us. I’ve had burned food before but nothing that tasted as bad as this, I’m almost convinced that there were literally cigarettes put out in it I don’t see how something can taste so strongly of nicotine?! Needless to say we called right away and were met with doubt and told that was the first time they had any complaints like that which I find highly unlikely. We cannot have been the only ones who were served these charcoal filled burritos. They offered us free burrito coupons. We did go back to redeem them and the staff were very rude and suspiciously they were “all out” of black beans... will never be back to this location again and i dont know if I even trust qdoba at...
