First time going in to order food. The girl with the pink hair was very rude to everyone but especially the staff. No smile no greeting from her. She was the first person I was when I walked in. She had a nasty look on her face. Very disappointed with her attitude and makes me not want to come back. Luckily I have been through the drive through several times and the guy that runs it a lot is amazing and always has a smile. If he is dealing with her being super rude like this and still have a smile kudos to him. I would lose it on her for how she is degrading her peers. I hope she is not a manage. She should be written up for how she acts. This would be completely unacceptable amongst my staff. Someone please do something about her because she was creating a toxic atmosphere and might I say the way she was treating the drive through person was pretty hostile. I came through around 12:30 on 11/12/2024 And picked up an order for the name Sylas. One of my burritos was made incorrectly, it was not even the correct burrito, nor did it have the correct things inside of it. I ordered a cheesy double beef, but instead I received a grilled cheese burrito that had refried beans. I came back to the window and the "Gentleman" at the speaker argued with me and told me it was correct. Not only was he rude enough to cause me to leave instead of getting my order fixed, the grilled cheese burrito (which I will remind you is NOT what i ordered) was folded terrible, all crunched up in the middle and half of the cheese on the outside was not melted it was cold and falling off as if they just threw a handful of cold shredded cheese on the outside.
