I visited this store on 11/28/2022 I was leaving the store, and the person who looks over the orders as you leave his name was Johnathan, told me he had to "count" my entire order because I used the self checkout. He then took everything out of my cart and placed it on a self on his left. Like I was a thief. Everyone was looking at me. I was mortified, embarrassed and in tears. After he was finished, I went into the parking lot and asked another consumer if she had recieved the same treatment because she too used the self checkout. She said no. And we agreed that I would talk to a manager. I then spoke to Scott and he defended the young man. He then told me he would check the camera to see if he had done the same thing to other customers who had used the self checkout, speak to Johnathan and call me with the outcome. It has now been a year and I still have yet to get that call back. No one wants to be the victim of discrimination or unfair treatment This is terrible. I do not pay $120.00 per year to be treated this way. Ridiculous!

Overall it’s a value for my family to shop here because we are a large family. The checkout people are nice. The management is a different issue. During the winter, I had made a turn into the first left parking lot and ended up scraping the entire passenger side of my SUV. I didn’t see the rock was sticking out way passed the curb as my SUV sits very high. After getting out to see the damage, I looked at the rock and I’m assuming whomever plows their parking lot ran into the huge rock and pushed it over the curb. You could tell by the tire marks on the landscaping and the drag marks the rock made as it was being pushed. I filed a claim with management whom seemed annoyed and tried to talk me out of filing a claim. To make it even worse the claim was denied because COSTCO said whatever happens in their parking lot is not their responsibility and they refused to give me the name of the company who plows their parking lot for me to address it with them.

Two employees at the food court were very disrespectful! I was waiting in line to past cash for a pizza I had ordered, and they completely disregarded the lady in front of me for 8 minutes. When my turn arrived I paid and stood there for a minute as the lady who rang me up walked away without handing me receipt (needed for ticket number). The gentlemen came up and had asked if I needed assistance I said yes just waiting on my receipt. He rolled his eyes mumbled under his breath and walked away!!! The lady then came up snatched the receipt out of the printer as she was irritated and set it in the counter in front of me. I grabbed it and walked away to wait. Very short tempered and acted like the majority of us were an inconvenience!. Many others were very displeased as well. If you can’t keep up while maintaining a somewhat positive attitude or at minimum show respect then maybe GET A DIFFERENT JOB!

Edit after my initial review: I went to this Costco again the cart pusher called me the B word while I was looking for a place to park and pushed his carts out into my car... I have no idea what I did wrong I was waiting for people to cross as usual. But everyone was rude and the check out lady was throwing my stuff and put a hole in my steak package.. (original review) I'm a die hard Costco go-er. But no matter the day or the time, I am always struggling to get in and out of this place. It is always packed.. recently they've rearranged the entire store, so everything's in different places after a few years of it being the same a little easier to get in and out when you know where things are. And I say that lightly The parking is horrendous.. the stop light is always backed up and sometimes you'll wait between 3-5 lights waiting to turn into a jam-packed line of cars looking and waiting for spots. Not to mention there is no crosswalk for Thoes trying to enter the store itself so traffic at the light is not only waiting for cross traffic but waiting on Thoes said cars to weave through carts of Thoes coming and going and Thoes cars leaving and then the cart pullers as well. It's 100 percent of the time sheer chaos when you go here. And that's just parking.. 50 percent of the time your waiting for a cart, then You wait to flash your card then people are just everywhere, no direction, not many floor employees to assist you, check out lines are always long and then the line to leave is even longer since you have to wait to have them check your receipt which sucks for Thoes of us who don't share memberships pay extra and aren't there to steal.. just makes Thoes of us who are honest and just trying to get thru the shopping trip in somewhat of a timely manner hard to do.. but if your like me and shopping for a family of 5 you'll be here for a few hours unless you are basically running through the store. Which I've done. LOL. Don't get me wrong as I said before Costco is the way to go..but for as much business as they get they should surely add in additional warehouses to accumulate the amount of...

Awful experience. No carts at either the row I parked in or inside. Asked for card to enter and made to stop until I had it out. Asked for my card while shopping and told I had to show it. I had to AGAIN show my card in order to even go to the self checkout register. My arms were completely full of groceries including clothing items, since there were no carts available. I was told to put my items down (on the ground ???) to get my card out of my wallet, in my purse. I told them it was inside my purse and was told that I was not allowed to go to a register until I provided it. When I got it out of my wallet it was then promptly ripped out of my hand by the staff member to verify my photo ID on the back, causing me to drop my wallet. No apology. Two very large garage type items in the store had no prices on them, and when I asked staff member they said I would have to carry the item all the way to the front to have the scan it through to tell me the price. Again, no carts so I would have to carry this large item to the front. Bkueberres were moldy. The funny thing about my entire trip is that the girl checking receipts when I left swiped my receipt and didn't bother to look at any of the stuff I had in my arms or count them. I had multiple black clothing items covering the groceries in my arms underneath and there's no way she could have had any idea what I was carrying. At least this one was polite and told me to have a nice day. Definitely do not recommend...

This isn’t my first time at Costco, but it was my first time at this particular location. My housemate and I left for work early to swing by and pick up some cleaning supplies. After spending 45 minutes shopping, waiting in line, and loading everything onto the belt, the cashier scanned all the items (under my card). My housemate offered to purchase the items this week as i was low on funds. The cashier explained they can’t take payments from the person who isn’t on the card. Now this was news to both my friend and i. We’ve done this every time we’ve gone shopping at Costco and have even allowed guests to use our card while we are out shopping. Any other location we’ve been to has always allowed this and it’s never been a problem. I even asked why this policy varied from store to store and she made it sound like everyone else was making an exception for us...hard to believe when we’ve done this every time we’ve gone shopping. They also don’t take American Express, so i told the woman we had no way to pay for this. We ended up leaving empty handed and basically wasted an hour of our time for nothing. It was also quite humiliating as it happened in front of multiple people.

I called the manager to ask why this policy varies across stores and he explained and apologized. I appreciated him taking the time to talk to me and it made up for the not so...
