Starbucks — Restaurant in Grandville

I feel bad for giving them such a low star, because their baristas are very friendly...but it has to be said: COMPLETELY unreliable!! They’re never open the hours that are posted, they’ll just close down in the middle of the day, or not be open in the morning for people prior to work. This has happened dozens of times over the last few months, after the last complaint to corporate (both Starbucks and Family Fare), customers were assured this would NEVER happen again. Ha! What a joke. Twice this week and once last week, it’s happened again. Upon inquiry, the Starbucks manager at this location is the grandson of someone high up at corporate at Family Fare and that’s why this type of unprofessionalism is tolerated on the regular. Also, good luck getting the drink you normally like even when they are open. They can’t order correctly and are constantly out of staple ingredients. Just a hot mess! The lady got mad at me because I ordered a drink (that was on a giant ten foot poster behind her) she snapped and said "I don't know that!!!" Uhm...it's right behind you mam. Comes with a photo even! Sorry your job didn't train you? Don't be mad at me about a drink that's literally on your menu. She then proceeded to tap the tip part on the screen and when I asked if I could tip on a gift card she shouted yes at me. Girl you need to work nights stocking shelves not serving coffee. I paid $7 for a cup of sugar. The coffee they gave me was half warm, half cold and had so much syrup in it that it was sickening. The ladies in there allow the customers to lean over the counter and whisper things while people where in line and even making fun of the customers because they used a plasma card to pay. No matter how someone pays as long as they pay should never be an issue. The worst experience I have ever had at a coffee shop with an expensive consequence. This place made me feel like everyone that was there had there nose turned up. Never again. I would put zero...
