This location is horrible. I donāt know if theyāve gone through a change in management over the last couple years or what, but this location has gone downhill. I used to stop and get coffee here on the way to work, but got tired of waiting 20 min. 630am, usually only 2 or 3 cars in line and still 20+ minutes. What you can consistently count on here,long wait times, cold food, nasty soggy fries and employees who couldnāt care less about doing their jobs properly. Today, did curbside pickup, kid comes out with a med drink instead of a large and no straws. He says āoh I must have typed in the drink wrong, and I didnāt bring straws either, Iāll be right backā. We sat and waited, and waited, and waited, until my wife said, āI donāt think heās coming backā. So we left. My burger was cold and not cooked enough and fries were cold and soggy. Big surprise. At least my iced tea was good so I had something to wash down the nastiness.
Update. Ok so itās been quite a while since weāve been here and thought weād try it again. 𤣠What a mistake. Order was wrong, food missing, had to drive back and the lobby was closed, since you know, no one wants to work so theyāve got like 2 employees there. So we have to wait through this ridiculously long drive through line to get our order fixed. Needless to say, this was the last time. Oh and they didnāt remake any of the food so it was ice cold. Usually when a store has an issue itās bad management. However, considering all the locations here are horrible, I would say the owner just doesnāt care. She was on her cell phone obviously with a friend and I had to wait for her to acknowledge my existence, when she finally did I was clearly ruining her day by asking about the halloween happy meal buckets just an if they had them type thing because I couldnāt read the menu I was openly berated and made fun of by her and another staff member for being stupid (Iām not) and have never had any issues any where else I have ever been after explaining Iām dyslexic or should even have to for that matterā¦. After working from 6 am-3pm, then spending almost 2 hours trick or treating with my kids it was late we were all tired and I wanted to get them a quick bite to eat. I pulled into the drive thru around 7:48 pm and placed my order. Finally around 8:11pm I was able to pay for my food. The only reason I did not leave was because my child begged me to stay. Also, I already paid for my food. Finally at about 8:36 pm I was almost to the food windows. When I got to the window the kid asked me for my receipt. Takes a little bit to get my food at that point we had almost sat in the drive thru for an hour. I get the food just relieved I can finally go home. I get home and my poor child is almost in tears because after all that her chicken sandwich looks like the pictures uploaded. I try to call and not only is there no answer but the mailbox is full. I called the next day at around 4pm and talked to a manager named Kia. She told me that they are having freezer problems and needed to get rid of the food so it doesn't go to waste. š She told me I could come get another sandwich. I am going to chalk this up to a loss but I'm definitely never coming to this location again. My total was $28 and some change plus all the gas that ran out of my tank waiting for some food that will possibly make my child sick.
