Paradise Car Wash — Local services in Grants Pass

We drove up to the vacuum station and waited for someone to acknowledge us for over 5 minutes. Then someone pulled up behind us and started honking… he then got out and told us he needed to drive thru so we needed to move. I said we have been waiting here for someone to help us like the sign said and there were 4 employees who had seen us at this point but had not acknowledged us. He said well pull around and sit over there instead. No one apologized. There was no sign in the lane that said don’t park here. The sign said wash lane right over the top and in the at least 10 plus years I have come here I have never not used all three lanes. I dealt with three different employees and they were awful. waited almost 2 hours to have my car washed. when i arrived there were only 5 cars ahead of me. at one point not one car came throgh the was for over 30 minutes. I went to ask why no cars for over 30 minutes, no one at the counter. I stood waiting for 15 minutes no one came back in. About an hour later I got my car. it sit so long that it was almost dry. I paid for the tires to be done but when i got home , I noticed the tires had not been done. The people that dry the cars barley touched my car, There was dust on my console and screen. when you pay over 40.00 you kinda expect the car to look better after you leave, not in my case. I try to do business where i live in the Nw section of Grants Pass, but I will never go...

Terrible customer service. I called to get a quote,the woman who answered couldn't put whatever she was eating down. So after speaking with her I stop bye to see if they could buff out some minor scratches and after arriving I'm standing in the lobby with other customers for about 15 minutes with employees walking bye,no one at the counter,no one asking if I or others have been helped while a customer in front had been just waiting to pay to for ever so I just left.
