Subway (Williams Hwy) — Restaurant in Grants Pass

Im eating at this subway right now and just had a sandwich made and as he build my sandwich I asked do u have any fresh lettuce cuz all there Produce look gross And he told me no this is all we have this is what they delivered us . the guy was very fast with me and And not professional in my opinion. So im sitting down trying out the sandwich I got and the bread is very Tough bread that's been sitting to long . he did say all they have Is wheat bread at the moment. But not hard bread. They need to fix the place .I just told the place the bread was hard they should throw it out and he said they just put new bread in and My bread was probably hard Because it was leftovers of yesterday. He Didn't ask me if I like a refun or anything so I will not be coming back to this subway on Williams Highway ever againTill they fix it. Not ok.. on top of this I hear people ordering over the phone as I'm sitting here and I feel bad for them because they can't see what they are getting until they receive it totally not okay they need to keep their station...

On Sunday we picked up an online order of two footlongs, which were the most disappointing and unenjoyable ones we have ever received at Subway. Three items were missing on the sandwiches (including the much missed cheese) and the meat and veggies were were scant. Only one employee was in the store when I picked up my order, so I assume he was not rushed. We gave our tip in cash upon pick up rather than online, so we wondered if he assumed he was receiving no tip? In the past we have very much enjoyed our meals, and more than once have experienced an exhausted, overworked, yet receptive solo female employee who provided good natured service and excellent sandwiches. Although once we waited over 30 minutes (why in the world did we wait) for her to assemble 3 online orders and observed at least 4 or 5 people walk out when she announced that it would be a while. Not her fault, as she was alone. Too many times we have encountered a lone, overworked employee there...but usually happily gobble...

It's a shame, that i have to give this rating. My family, love's Subway sandwiches. The problem is, the Williams hwy location, is horrible!! The young girl tonight, was absolutely rude. She acted like, we were imposing on her time. Not to mention, her nonchalant attitude, about sanitary practices. She went to the back, to retrieved more cheese, had touched everything back there, with the gloves, she was making our first sandwich with, and then started making our second sandwich. I had to ask her, to change her gloves. She had a total attitude, with me and then, was down right rude. This location, is also known for, being out of all ingredients. They need, to get better management and train these people. When a patron comes in, smiles, asks, how are you tonight, you should have some sort of polite and welcoming acknowledgment. Not, the rude attitude.. ...
