I need to bring something to attention about this magic man location when we first starting to shopping here things were good at first then I was starting to see things for what it's worth not going to mention names but we all know who you are how you like to flirt with alot of guys just to make a sale picked up on it real quick not trying to rock the boat but I'm not stupid so I started to show interest right back because I thought this person was interested in me at the time found out this person already has a man and was told that by this employee so I know what was going on at that point it was just to make a sale and that's it just a quick tactic to use on all the male customers seen other guys come in to the shop and I picked up on the same tactic being used not a real good way to sale stuff if you ask me not trying to be disrespectful or anything that's not what it's about with me a better way to make sales are being truth full showing respect at all time and being friendly and not purposely leading guys on and making them think hay I like you like you kind of deal iv seen this all to much even were im from with all do respect please come up with other ways to make sales im also an exuser of hard drugs my self and I don't like to see what I see it's just sad so I pick up on things I know what to look for and I can't be around people on hard substances because I can run into the wrisk or relapsing my self and I don't want to take that chance not trying to act like I'm better than anyone else just being real I still struggle to stay clean to this day and it's a daily fight been clean for 8 years now from hard drugs and it scares me to death just about thinking of a relapse that's why I chose to be around like minded people like my self that's clean I also have more than one disability including ptsd and can not afford to fry my brain any harder than what I have with all due respect please don't be mad at me. Answer to owner: I had called prior to going in today asking prices on your disc catchers. I was told there were different options and was told they range anywhere from $80-$160. Gentlemen on the phone explained the difference. I come in and look at your options in person and see all the different options like explained on the phone. I see the one which is PRICED AT $80. In fact there where 2 different price tags stating it was $80. I walk up to the cashier and state id like to buy that $80 disc catcher over there. Soon after one of your employees is ripping off the price tags of the product and now says the price has gone up to $120. What kind of business are you running? And if you are the manager of both stores, you need to spend more time at this location. Or start being more hands on with your employees. After reading some other reviews, I realized that other people seem to think you’re doing a TERRIBLE job too.

Staff members are less familiar to their products and prices than their customers. I had 2 employees stare at me blankly while I asked for a disc golf product. A third employee comes and takes off two stickers pricing the product at the same price I was told on the phone prior, and proceeds to tell me the product was actually much more then the price tags, he literally just took off right in front of me. Then THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A RECIPT. Overall I feel super screwed over and sketched by their employees. I WILL NOT BE SPENDING ANY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. (The other location in downtown GP i have found to be pleasant and honest) But this Redwood Ave location never fails to leave me feeling like I got ripped off. The owner needs to fully swap out the staff. Products and the selection are great, but with a bad staff your business will reflect that, and it certainly does. If I see a “UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT” sign outside ever, I’ll be back. But until then go anywhere else... there are too many other options in town to put up with...

Been going to magic man for the past few years. By now I've spent a lot of money on item from your store. But after this morning I will never return to any of your shops thanks to the scum jerks that work there today. I didnt want to gwt into my medical problems with them when I was there and I had to use the restroom that they said they didnt have. So I left to go down the street to use restroom. Meanwhile my wife was still in the store and they treated her rudly and disrespect her because I need to use the restroom. There are plenty of other like shops in the area that will bring my business to instead of dealing with your lowbrow...
