Quality Mattress Showroom & Manufacturing Plant — Hotel in Grants Pass

I purchased a very expensive mattress at another store 3 years ago and it has already broken down. Went to Quality Mattress and Reggie knew his stuff! I ordered the mattress and it was delivered in a timely manner. Reggie took the mattress out . He didn't see anything wrong with the box foundation but I decided to go all out and get the proper foundation, which he had thoughtfully brought with him. Upon removing the old foundation he saw a 50 year old bed frame with no center support and suggested that it be replaced. He gave a nice discount and what was great was he had everything he needed prior to delivery and even better was the NO PRESSURE sales! Very nice man knows his product well and while tonight will be my first nights sleep on my new bed if it is as good as the the customer service my life will be peachy!! Being older I still find lifting the mattress to put on the fitted sheets VERY difficult and if any one has any handy helper hints please do...

Reg was an easy person to talk with, listened to what my needs were and helped me find a perfect mattress. Unfortunately, I was stuck in a contract with another mattress dealer and didn't end up buying one from Reg and Quality Mattress, but the next time I need a mattress, I will get one from him. He took the time to teach me about the different mattresses, what can be done with a mattress, even after you buy one to make it perfectly right for your needs. The amount of options available were astounding to me. They can go modern or even if that bed you loved twenty years ago isn't available now, they can make it! Twice I went to visit him and Quality Mattress in search of the right fit (as I was having repeated problems at another well known company in Jackson County). Both times he took the time, out of some very busy days, to help me. This kind of service and the mattresses he offers will have me back for one when I need the next one....

I am so happy with my experience with Quality Mattress! From the time I walked in to test their beds to the delivery. The lady in the showroom was very helpful. She told me about each bed and what each one had in them. I would have given her a 4.9 because she didn’t call me to let me know my bed was going to be late. I had to call her. The delivery was amazing! The 2 young men took my old bed away and completely set up my frame and bed. I so appreciated that Quality Mattress didn’t charge me extra to take away my bed or make me find someone to come get my old bed. This was the nicest experience.
